Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Production Assembler works under close direction of senior personnel performing assigned assembly processes to manufacture Crane Aerospace & Electronics products in accordance with military and/or other assembly standards using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions.
Essential Functions:

Job Summary:The Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. The Production Supervisor II is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards and is responsible for meeting customer demand schedules within established cost goals. Essential Functions:- Identify and use lean manufacturing tools required to drive improvements and mentor teammates in the use of these tools

- Assist Value Stream Managers with required monthly reporting to senior level management

- Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed

Position Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of Bigge Crane and Rigging Co.’s office buildings and administrative facilities. This role ensures Bigge’s buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support employees and business operations across multiple locations.
This position is hands-on and operational, managing building systems, contractors, and an internal facilities team while planning and executing building upgrades, repairs, and capital projects.
Responsibilities
Building Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the daily operation and condition of all Bigge office and administrative buildings.
- Ensure building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, access control, and utilities) are maintained and operating reliably.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and respond to building-related issues quickly to minimize disruption to employees and operations.
- Ensure buildings are prepared for emergencies, including power outages and severe weather.
Team Leadership
- Directly manage a facilities team consisting of two Facilities Specialists responsible for day-to-day building maintenance and repairs, one Electrician, and one Carpenter.
- Assign work, set priorities, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate facilities staff.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safe work practices.
Capital Projects & Building Improvements
- Identify building repair, renovation, and improvement needs.
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for building projects.

Job Description
Under general supervision, the Seal Repair Technician is responsible for all processes related to disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment. The Seal Repair Technician follows instruction from a Repair job packet and router to perform DCI (Dismantle Clean and Inspect) and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components seal.
This position completes all inspection forms taking pictures of all critical components and uses inspection equipment for proper documentation of the assembly. With assistance identifies, inspects and evaluates material returned, determines repair operations, performs simple shop operations, verify specifications, initiate work and purchase orders.
Receives John Crane parts and materials returned by customers and branch offices. Evaluates from a condition of material, checks current drawing revisions and general product knowledge whether material is repairable or non-repairable.
- Identifies and inspects material returned.
- Ensures all components are properly cleaned and free from foreign material per departmental procedures
- Performs the assembly of the seal once the repair has been released to the shop and all components have been replaced or reconditioned and marked ready for assembly.
- Under close supervision, repairs returned seals and seal parts.
- May perform parts structuring, checks cost structure, and determines price of repair, ensures assembly is structured correctly, and price repair.
- Determines necessary repair operations, ensures BOM (bill of materials) / drawings / repair parts match.
- Performs simple operations on drill press (single spindle), tool post grinder, bead blast polisher and lapping machine.
- Verifies part specifications with measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier caliper, dial indicator and optical flats.
- May initiates purchase orders for new jobs if vendors are involved.
- Consults with Engineering or Sales departments as necessary.
- Maintains necessary records and small inventory of seal parts used for repair orders.
- Works from factory work orders, prints, rework orders and verbal instructions.
- Assists newer repair personnel as necessary.
- Sets up and troubleshoots lapping machines for repair maintenance.

From coordinating equipment and scheduling crews to supporting day-to-day logistics, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly—while gaining the experience needed to grow into a Dispatcher role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draw bars assigning cranes, trucks, and employees to all jobs the day before to provide an accurate daily activity spreadsheet.
- Process all new hires and assist in maintaining the training database, and assist in badging.
- Evaluates, processes, and transmits information, instructions, and permits.
- Monitors weather activity and evaluates how to proceed based on weather-related regulations and policies
- Prepares daily dispatch reports and determines schedules.
- Coordinate with billing to ensure rates and job tickets are submitted accurately and timely.
- Works with the Compliance Specialist to ensure Maxim operates in accordance with DOT and other regulations.
- Assists in the creation of appropriate maps and direction charts to ensure compliance with applicable permit laws
- Assists in the dispatch of labor and equipment, and maintains communication with operators and drivers.
- Communicates with local unions in a timely manner to ensure customer orders are filled and satisfied.
- Checks that inspections have been completed and are correctly filed; refers any discrepancies and service issues to service.
- Performs weekly spot checks on rigging stock for cranes and warehouse stock.
- Checks to ensure all items needed in the JDS are ready for the operator to perform the job.
- Reviews ELD compliance for cranes assigned to that branch
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate or Technical degree preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years' prior experience as an equipment operator, driver, or in an administrative support role.
- Prior transportation and/or heavy equipment experience is preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Moderate level communication skills, must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos and the ability to write simple correspondence. Also must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and in small group situations to other employees
- Advanced level attention to detail
- Moderate level PC skills, including proficiency in MS applications, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Advanced ability to problem resolve and make sound decisions during high pressure situations
- Expert multitasker with ability to meet deadlines

- Will be required to step in for Lead Dispatcher as requested, directed or assigned
Language Skills:
