* Salary: $50,000 - $68,000 per year - Average is $52,000 per year

* Average Weekly Pay: $1,074 a week (Top Earner made $1,251 per week)

* Average Miles: 2000+ per week

* Home expectations - home weekly

Truck Driver Bonuses include
