Position Overview:
Seeking a talented Product Manager to contribute to the success of the company by driving the growth and profitability for a specific equipment product line. The role works closely with their vendors to ensure that the products being developed and launched allow the company to compete successfully and effectively in the marketplace.

- Work with Marketing to develop product launches, sales support, educational and promotional materials.

Qualifications needed:
- Technical degree or strong technical aptitude
- Practical knowledge of packaging equipment
- Previous experience working in a product management role a plus
- Previous role conducting training or demos a plus
- Highly proficient in MS Office (excel, outlook, etc)
- Working knowledge of Syteline or other fully integrated ERP system.
- Thrives within a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Counsel who will serve as a principal legal advisor to Edikted's leadership team, providing strategic and operational legal support across the company's most critical areas - including e-commerce, consumer protection, HR, litigation, intellectual property, and brand risk. This role is designed for an experienced attorney who operates with executive presence, strong judgment, and a deep understanding of the legal challenges facing high-growth, digitally native consumer brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy for Edikted's e-commerce and digital operations, including website terms, privacy, data use, loyalty programs, and global checkout experiences.
- Advise on U.S. and international consumer protection laws related to advertising, pricing, promotions, returns, and customer communications.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to enable innovation while managing legal and regulatory risk.
- Intellectual Property & Brand Stewardship
- Own and oversee Edikted's global IP portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and enforcement strategy.
- Advise on product design risk, brand usage, licensing, collaborations, influencer agreements, and content rights.
- Lead brand protection efforts, including anti-counterfeiting, takedowns, and enforcement actions.
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements, including vendor, supplier, logistics, marketing, SaaS, and platform partnerships.
- Develop scalable legal frameworks, contract templates, and negotiation playbooks to support business speed.
- Support strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives with senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders across E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance that balances risk management with business objectives.
- Identify and proactively manage legal risk across the organization.
- Oversee litigation, disputes, regulatory inquiries, and consumer claims in partnership with outside counsel.
- Support corporate governance, internal investigations, and compliance initiatives as needed.
- Advise on legal considerations related to international expansion, new markets, and evolving business models.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in California.

- Deep expertise in e-commerce, consumer protection, intellectual property, and commercial law.
- Experience supporting global operations and international regulatory frameworks preferred.
