Production Coordinator
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Castelion’s manufacturing and supply chain operations. Working closely with the Materials Manager, production leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will help plan, track, and coordinate material and part flow across our production cells.
This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for ensuring materials, documentation, and hardware are accurately staged and ready to meet demanding build schedules — helping keep production on track in a fast-moving, high-precision environment.
Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate parts, assemblies, and documentation throughout the manufacturing workflow to meet schedule targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the MRP/ERP/MES systems; ensure all transactions reflect physical material movement.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve material shortages, discrepancies, and delays.
- Monitor work order progress, communicate part status, and identify potential bottlenecks or risks to leadership.
- Support production planning by requesting kits, verifying demand, staging materials, and coordinating transfers between build areas.
- Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving and Inventory teams to ensure inbound and outbound materials are processed correctly and promptly.
- Generate and maintain production reports, material trackers, and build documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving material flow, data accuracy, and production efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and ITAR/export control requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.
- Experience working with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at our Torrance, CA facility, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience coordinating production or materials in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience generating and interpreting production metrics or dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Position: Fabric Manager, DKNY Jeans

Position Objective:
The Fabric Manager is responsible for fabric production setup stages within a product-to-production lifecycle. This role will work directly with our production, fabric and design teams.
The ideal candidate will need a strong aesthetic for color, and will monitor product integrity in keeping with timely delivery. The successful individual must be a textile professional and have sound fabric knowledge and good knowledge of managing textile quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Attend buy meetings, review standards and send standards to the appropriate factories/mills.
- Partner with fabric team to develop and maintain working relationships with mills/vendors globally.
- Mediate and guide any discrepancies between supplier and PD in the sample yardage development communication.
- Communicate daily with production and materials technical quality standards to both mills and vendors.
- Offer expertise on fabric construction, component/fabric innovation and technical aspects to internal team, suppliers and factories.
- Review and approve all fabric-shipping samples for color and quality. This includes but not limited to: lab-dips, handlooms, knit downs, print strike-off, sample yardage and final bulk cut for review.
- Partner with production team to analyze fabric test reports to ensure company guideline/standards are met and send approval comments.
- Partner with production and overseas QC team on fabric inspection reports and references related to any bulk shipment issues.
- Regular communication/touch bases with management to review issues, challenges and directives as it relates to all fabric facets of the product.
- Daily updating, maintaining of the fabric development T&A and fabric price charts.
- Organization and maintain fabric library & resources in respective area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in textiles or design or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years in apparel industry and/or in textiles industry working with fabrics
- Must have knowledge of Cut & Sew Knits and Wovens
- Experience in fabric adoption and quality control process within a product lifecycle
- Very detail oriented and ability to drive to completion with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized and time sensitive

Manager – Art Direction, Brand Studio
As Manager - Art Direction, Brand Studio, you own the day-to-day design leadership and creative execution that brings Castelion's brand to life across campaigns, systems, and key touchpoints. You'll translate brand strategy set by senior leadership into practical, repeatable, high-quality design solutions that work across digital, print, recruiting, events, and built environments.
This is a hands-on role that blends making and leading. You will design, art direct, and build the infrastructure, including templates, libraries, playbooks, and workflows that enable high-quality, on-brand work at scale. You will collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications, Business Development and Capture, HR, and Engineering to turn complex technical and mission stories into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities
Brand systems and visual identity
- Evolve and maintain Castelion's visual identity system (logo usage, color, typography, imagery, layout, motion guidelines) so it works across internal and external channels.
- Translate brand and visual principles into clear standards, toolkits, and documentation that non-designers can actually use.
- Build and maintain centralized component and asset libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with naming conventions, versioning, and usage guidance.
Campaigns, launches, and flagship stories
- Lead art direction for integrated campaigns, product and capability launches, customer and investor narratives, recruiting initiatives, conferences, and major announcements.
- Drive cohesive creative across channels, including web and digital assets, social visuals, print collateral, video storyboards, event graphics and activations so everything feels unmistakably Castelion.

Brand asset ecosystem and tools
- Design and maintain modular templates and reusable assets for presentations, one-pagers, briefs, case studies, recruiting collateral, event kits, and internal communications.
- Architect a navigable, well-organized asset library that speeds up delivery for Marketing, BD, and Recruiting.
- Continuously refine tools and templates based on adoption, feedback, and emerging needs.
Cross-functional creative partnership
- Partner with Marketing & Communications on brand campaigns, brand strategy, content, social, and executive communications.
- Partner with Business Development and Capture on pursuit storytelling, proposal design, customer demos, and conference presence.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, brand systems, art direction, or closely related roles, with a portfolio that shows strong visual storytelling, systems thinking, and multi-format execution.
- Demonstrated experience owning or evolving a visual identity system and building reusable design infrastructure (templates, libraries, guidelines) that others rely on.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with excellent layout, typography, and information design skills.

Position Summary
Soil Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution—including safety leadership, financial performance, scheduling, client coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for owners and project partners and works in close coordination with the Superintendent(s), Project Engineer(s), and leadership team to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Project Managers report to a company owner.
Core Responsibilities1) Safety Leadership
At Soil Solutions Inc., safety is non-negotiable. The Project Manager is expected to lead by example and actively drive jobsite safety performance.
- Maintain overall responsibility for jobsite safety in accordance with the project SSHASP and Soil Solutions Inc. standards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements, driving incident-free execution.
- Verify consistent completion of safety planning and leading indicators, including:
- AHA’s (Activity Hazard Analyses)
- Toolbox Talks and Safety Huddles
- Jobsite safety documentation and tracking
- Participate in, and when needed lead, toolbox talks and safety huddles.
- Complete and verify daily safety reporting in company project systems (ex: Procore).
- Review jobsite monitoring tools (ex: Arrowsight), address issues immediately, and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct routine safety walks with safety personnel and field leadership to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Ensure 811 / Miss Utility locates are completed before any ground disturbing work begins.
- Require test holes and field verification methods when needed to prevent utility strikes.
- Report utility incidents immediately to the Project Executive or Division Manager and support corrective actions.
- Lead Safety Stand-Downs and support incident investigations and root-cause analysis as required.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of materials and equipment.
2) Financial Management & Project Compliance
The Project Manager is accountable for the project’s cost performance, billing, and contract compliance.
- Perform daily and weekly quantity tracking to verify progress and production.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and cost detail updates.
- Utilize field productivity tools as needed (ex: HeavyJob timecard entry and production tracking).
- Interpret estimating and production outputs when applicable .
- Prepare monthly pay applications and coordinate with the client to support prompt payment.
- Identify, track, and communicate all extra work / non-contract work to leadership.
- Lead change management from start to finish, including:
- Meeting contract notice requirements
- Pricing and submitting change orders
- Supporting time impact analysis and delay claim documentation when required
- Maintaining detailed project documentation
- Review and approve payables including subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Confirm accuracy of payroll and equipment reporting and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting / cost-to-complete reporting.
- Ensure subcontracts and purchase orders are executed on time and meet client and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all project-specific requirements including certified payroll and workforce reporting when applicable.
- Support client participation goals for small/disadvantaged/minority businesses where contractually required.
3) Scheduling, Planning & Production Execution
This role requires strong planning, schedule ownership, and day-to-day coordination with the field.
- Lead development of the baseline project schedule (CPM) and obtain required approvals.
- Review and approve weekly look-ahead schedules and verify they align with the baseline CPM schedule.
- Lead schedule updates and submissions in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate work sequencing with Superintendent(s), subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate utility requirements and provider scheduling as needed.
- Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering, and proactive problem-solving.
- Review and approve work packages for field execution.
- Represent Soil Solutions Inc. in meetings with owners, designers, project partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Hold regular coordination meetings with Superintendent(s) and Project Engineer(s) to plan:
- Equipment and material needs
- Subcontractor scheduling
- Staffing and production goals
- Risk items and constraints
- Understand bid assumptions and convert them into field execution targets.
- Ensure long-lead material procurement supports schedule demands.
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure project deliverables are achieved safely and efficiently.
4) Quality Control & Documentation
Project Managers are expected to set the standard for quality and project records.
- Use Soil Solutions Inc. project controls and management procedures to deliver contract requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer(s) and Superintendent(s) to ensure work complies with contract documents and specifications.
- Ensure SWPPP inspections are completed as required and deficiencies are corrected and documented.
- Address non-conforming work quickly and ensure corrective actions are verified and recorded.
- Maintain complete project records in company systems and hard copy format where required.
- Ensure accountability for quality across all project participants, including subcontractors.
QualificationsEducation / Experience
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering OR a related 4-year degree in Construction or Environmental Management, plus 7+ years of related construction experience.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager on projects valued $10M+ preferred.
Relevant Construction Experience
Experience in heavy construction or specialty civil work, including one or more of the following:
- Drilled Micropiles, Large Diameter Caisssons, CFA and Tiebacks
- Driven Deep Foundation Piles or vibrated sheet piles
- Helicals or Stelcor Piles
- Civil infrastructure and sitework
- Roads, bridges, or transportation work
- Environmental construction
- Support of excavation
- Cast-in-place concrete foundations
- Underground utility systems
- Water and wastewater treatment projects
Skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and urgency in execution.
- Effective client communication and ability to lead meetings professionally.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

HUBBNYC seeks to hire a full-time IT Technical Support Specialist to directly assist the IT Manager in diagnosing and resolving issues across NYC. They will be required to visit problem sites to address these issues while carrying some equipment. The full scope of responsibilities includes:
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel through NYC, visiting sites to address IT issues.
- At each site, the equipment coordinator will verify that handheld devices are working properly and commence troubleshooting if they are not.
- Performs professional and technical work installing, maintaining, and supporting security cameras, electronic locks, desktop computers, and network equipment.
- Running and terminating Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
- Hardware and software support in a Windows-based environment.
- Troubleshoot wireless door systems.
- Install low-voltage power supplies for card readers and door strikes.
