Job Purpose
Maintain operation of environmental air quality control while maintaining Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote communication, resources and leadership for effective operation of plant scrubbers and dust collection systems
- Coach and develop personnel
- Maintain and improve emission control systems, to include hands on troubleshooting of equipment with technicians
- Ensure operations comply with Federal, State, local and corporate requirements
- Fulfill data handling and reporting requirements

About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Production Control & Material Operations Manager to lead the coordination, movement, and control of materials throughout a high volume manufacturing facility in the Warsaw, IN area. The successful candidate in this role will oversee production scheduling support, inventory management, inbound material flow, internal logistics, and service parts operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day material operations, including inventory accuracy, kitting, lineside delivery, warehouse coordination, and service parts fulfillment.

Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, FUUZ, or similar) and MES integration.

The Electrical Quality Control Inspector 1 is responsible for following the M.C. Dean Quality Control (QC) Program to achieve and verify quality expectations for a durable and reliable installation. The Quality Control Officer is responsible for performing field inspections to ensure work is in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

- Understand and follow all applicable quality system procedures, performing all assigned responsibilities outlined in the QMS.
- Perform Receiving (REC), First Article (FAI), In-Process (IP) and Final Inspections (FI) on electrical and mechanical assemblies visually and/or with inspection equipment.
- Immediately notify operators, or supervision of any non-conformances in products
- Perform all quality reporting requirements outlined in the MCD Quality Management System (including the inspection checklists, Data Collection Reports (PDCR), hold logs, discrepancy notices, waiver logs etc.) Identify for segregation nonconforming units following the MCD Nonconformance procedure for prefabricated and purchased products.
- Assist in the training of operators and provide guidance.
- Assist in the problem-solving process.
- Participate in the Daily ORM work briefings to represent the Quality Portion.
- Assist in root cause, corrective and preventive action development for systemic issues.
- Advise appropriate party of any corrective action to be taken.
- Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all shifts are covered appropriately in case of absence of an inspector.
Qualifications

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Learn to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential residential clients, understanding their unique pest control challenges and offering tailored solutions
- Acquire and practice effective sales methodologies, including lead generation, proposal presentation, objection handling, and closing deals
- Learn to accurately identify various pest issues in residential settings, recommending appropriate and compliant treatment plans
- Proactively address client concerns, provide timely updates, and follow up to guarantee complete satisfaction with services rendered
- Become proficient in using customer relationship management software to track client interactions, schedule appointments, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Work closely with the pest control service team and fellow Entry Level Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of treatment plans

Borealis Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Federal Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) in Niagara, New York. The Quality Control Manager shall oversee and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the project quality control plan, including employees and outside agencies or consultants involved in inspections and testing.
Borealis Enterprises, LLC is an entity of NTVI Federal, Inc, a federal contractor engaged in construction, professional services, facility management and telecommunications, with its corporate office in Chantilly, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
- The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will assure, to the best of their abilities, that all materials, workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contract, plans and specifications, and all applicable building codes.
- The QCM will conduct business in a professional and ethical manner and integrate well into the project team. The QCM is authorized to require that defective work or material be corrected or removed until made compliant.
- Submittal review and approval shall be the responsibility of the QCM including recommendations for variations, value engineering, and betterments.
- The QCM shall perform inspections as needed and shall prepare and maintain inspection and performance records daily.
- Preparatory meetings shall be held with subcontractors and all parties concerned as needed to define QC and safety policies and procedures with each newly definable feature of work.
- The QCM will also maintain current certifications for First Aid, CPR and OSHA.
Position Requirements:
- Engineering Degree Required (Civil Engineering degree preferred)
- 2+ years of field experience in the role of Quality Control Assistant Manager or 5-10 years of acceptable construction related experience – Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager or similar.
- Possess a current CQM certification
- CPR Certification Required
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course
- Proven competency and proficiency of position’s essential job functions, duties, and responsibilities.
- Broad-based project and management skills to lead and effectively communicate with people both internal and external to the company.
- Project experience in the $1 million to $10 million range including multi-story buildings, site work, grading, and site utilities
- Proficiency in PC-based programs including Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.
- Experience with Government/Military projects
- The QCM may spend part of their time at noisy production sites. In some areas, you may have to wear protective clothing or goggles. Some travel may be required.
