2. Responsible for documenting a full and accurate set of vital signs.
3. Populates all sections of the electronic medical record timely and accurately, including but not limited to allergies, medications, vaccines, social history and quality tab.
4. Assists providers during examination and treatment, performing point of care tests appropriate to skill level, certifications and state regulations.
5. Maintains supplies in storage areas and exam rooms.
6. Disinfects, cleans treatment rooms following patient examinations; Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
7. Conducts business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive and respectful with all patients, visitors and colleagues.
8. Responsible for pre-visit planning per the standard operating procedure guidelines.
9. Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, etc.)
10. Responsible to checking and addressing voicemails multiple times during the working day.
11. Responsible for addressing inbox messages (buckets) in the electronic medical record for providers, provider staff and self.
12. Back-up front office when needed including check in, check out, appointment scheduling and answering phones.
13. Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors that support the practice.
14. Follow HIPAA guidelines for all internal and external systems.
15. Ability to communicate appropriately with awareness of surroundings and audience.
16. Attends trainings and meetings as required.

Under provider direction, the RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. 14.Documents administration of over-the-counter medications and/or other medications in Epic per policy or protocol.
15.Cleans, prepares and stocks exam rooms, treatment rooms, and workstations.
16.Calls patients regarding test results and medical instruction under the direction of a Physician.
17.Calls in medication refills under the direction of a Physician or protocol.
18.Documents patient care information in the outpatient medical record according to standards.
19.Assists with scheduling of patient tests, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
20.Assists in the care, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment and instruments.
21.Maintains the inventory of medical and linen supplies.
