Here’s the work you get to do:

Contracts Administration

  • Draft, review, and process construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate contract logs, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Monitor key contract dates (e.g., expiration, renewal, deliverables, liquidated damages, and other milestones).
  • Coordinate contract execution and distribution to internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Assist with pre-qualification of subcontractors and vendors, collecting necessary compliance documentation and making sure they meet the minimum standards set forth by the company.

Insurance Compliance

  • Track and verify subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates (COIs), endorsements, and waivers.
  • Ensure all parties meet insurance requirements as specified in contracts and project specs.
  • Maintain current insurance records and manage expiration tracking with automated alerts or calendars.
  • Work with insurance brokers and subcontractors to resolve deficiencies or lapses in coverage.
  • Support risk management efforts by reporting non-compliance and ensuring corrective actions are taken, working with the field as necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files for contracts, insurance, and related documents.
  • Support project teams with documentation requests, insurance questions, and contract coordination.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to internal/external stakeholders.

This role is accountable for end-to-end financial stewardship, contract oversight, and software license management across one or more technology and business transformation projects.   • Lead estimating for new opportunities, from bid identification to submission. 
  • Coordinate and lead weekly estimating meetings. 
  • Perform detailed takeoffs and develop estimates for executive review. 
  • Analyze risk, market competitiveness, and subcontractor pricing to develop winning proposals. 
  • Oversee and mentor estimating team members. 
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits. 
  • Estimate self-performed scopes such as carpentry and drywall when applicable. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction project management and estimating. 
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. 
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and within scope. 
  • Familiarity with public work/government contract projects. 
  • PMP Certification (preferred). 
  • Proficiency in: Bluebeam, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Building Connected
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful.

Description: Costpoint Architect will assist in integration activities related to the migration of various ERP's to Costpoint, continuously improve our use of Costpoint ERP, our integrations with other on-prem and cloud-based Enterprise Business Platforms, and our enterprise finance reporting infrastructure.
