This role is onsite full-time at our customer's location in Columbus, OH.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Responsible for directing technical work on projects.
  • Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
  • Leads team in on-site management of installations.
  • Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
  • Assists in the development and management of project plans. This includes the review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules.
  • Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COR, and Program point of contacts to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Project Manager and customer.
  • Manage the assigned queue in ServiceNow and ensure that tickets and incidents are assigned and addressed within requirements.
  • Provide soft and hard phone installation and configuration.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:



  • Seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including experience in at least five projects in telecommunications and voice services. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
  • Experience with VoIP and POTS.
  • DoD Secret Clearance with a NACLC or T3 investigation

  • Experience with soft phone solutions.

HII is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team supporting the Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (COMUSFLTFORCOM) Berthing and Messing Program, which operates duty crew berthing barges that provide essential living and working spaces for crews during ship overhaul and repair periods. *This position is contingent up on contract award*
Essential Job Responsibilities
As a Welder, you will perform organizational-level (O Level) maintenance and repairs to maintain and restore metal components aboard berthing barges. Core duties include:
Maintain, repair, fabricate, and replace metal components for barges and installed equipment.
Perform welding tasks on light, heavy gauge, and hardened metals using flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
Apply welding processes including preheating, brazing, bead welding, tack welding, flame cutting, pressure welding, and heat treating.
Provide adequate fire watch and fire extinguishing equipment during welding operations; comply with NAVSEA and OSHA hot work standards.
Inform COR/ACOR prior to any welding, burning, or open flame work and obtain required approvals.
Work to be completed in meets OEM specifications, NAVSEA Standard Items, and safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have High School education, or Trade School or equivalent, and 6+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication in marine or industrial environments on multiple metal types
  • Must provide own hand tools as designated per trades specialty
  • Must show proficiency in multiple welding positions and processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW) and fabrication.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Company-Drivers are responsible for on time delivery of freight between Dollar General Distribution Centers, stores, and vendors. Responsible for hauling and unloading multi-stop freight to Dollar General Stores and also returning freight (as required) and rolltainers to the Distribution Center. Responsible for safely operating the vehicle and transporting all freight, which includes interstate and intrastate deliveries.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Transport store-delivery freight as well as store returns and backhauls over-the-road in a safe, efficient, and timely manner adhering to all Dollar General policies and state and federal regulations. 40%

* Unload and reload freight and rolltainers at each delivery in a safe and efficient manner. 30%

* This includes:

* Rolling rolltainers off the trailer onto a lift gate and placing them into the backroom of the store;

THE ROLE

Managing Work Tickets / Slips & Changes

  • The Superintendent shall proactively communicate with the PM, review subcontractor exhibits and negotiate with other foreman to mitigate field tickets and slips from being generating and exposing NEI to potential unnecessary costs.
  • Superintendent shall review, and ensure that no work is being performed without authorization or at a cost that has not been approved by the PM/PX.
  • The Superintendent shall maintain documentation to supporting such extra work and distribute accordingly.

Project Documentation

  • The Superintendent shall have a working knowledge of all project documentation and will coordinate and maintain documentation and their processes timely for such reports as daily reports, record drawings, SKs, Bulletins, Submittals, SCOs, ASIs. RFIs & CORs.
  • It is expected that the record drawings capture all SKs, RFIs ASIs and Bulletins in order that the most current information is real time and readily available.
  • The Superintendent will ensure that a log and/or files are kept onsite for SKs, ASIs, RFIs, Bulletins and submittals.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex construction projects with significant environmental, remediation, and heavy civil/sitework components. This role requires deep experience managing projects under uncertain site conditions, coordinating environmental requirements alongside cost, schedule, and field operations, and leading teams through regulatory-driven construction constraints.


The Senior Project Manager serves as a key leader in ensuring environmental compliance, safety excellence, and successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and regulators.


Financial & Cost Management

  • Lead comprehensive project financial management, including accurate Cost-to-Complete forecasting, exposure identification, and cash flow optimization.
  • Integrate Oracle and Expedition to track costs, changes, field directives, back charges, allowances, and unit price exposures.
  • Enforce adherence to forecasting calendars, SOPs, and detailed line-item analysis to prevent budget overruns and financial surprises.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate cash models, percent-complete projections, and Schedule of Values that support strong project liquidity.
  • Review subcontractor schedules of values and requisitions to prevent overpayment and unfunded change exposure.

Change Order & Contract Management

  • Direct end-to-end Change Order management, ensuring full utilization of Expedition to track PCOs, OCOs, allowances, and CORs.
  • Provide timely, transparent change status reporting to Owners and drive monthly OCO execution to prevent aging issues.
  • Recover all legitimate GC costs related to Owner changes and ensure timely processing and closure with subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate contract, change, and compliance logs, and lead monthly reviews to identify risks and exposures.

Schedule & Risk Management

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and monthly updating of the baseline Contract Schedule in accordance with SOPs.

  • Oversee buy-out, procurement, and submittal schedules to support uninterrupted workflow and mitigate risk.
  • Issue timely notices, secure required authorizations prior to changes, and proactively address risks affecting cost, schedule, or quality.

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Lead the Exhibit B purchasing and buy-out process, ensuring clear scopes of work, timely procurement, and alignment with the buy schedule.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, and project teams to prevent “just-in-time” purchasing and material delays.
  • Ensure contracts, bonds, insurance, and execution requirements are completed without impacting project delivery.

Owner, Subcontractor & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with Owners through proactive communication and transparency.
  • Establish a “firm but fair” subcontractor management approach focused on accountability, professionalism, and performance.
  • Address subcontractor performance issues promptly to protect the project from delays, cost impacts, and quality risks.
