Position Summary:

As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.

You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms

  • Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms

  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts

  • RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering

  • NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development

  • Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

  • Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments

  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications

Preferred Qualifications:

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Safety Manager to lead our site safety team and own safety performance for a brownfield hyperscale data center project in Boydton, VA. This is a senior, field-first leadership role working in/around live critical infrastructure, where disciplined planning, access control, and high-risk work controls are essential. You will set expectations, coach supervisors and subcontractors, and drive a proactive safety culture that protects people, schedule, and operations.


This role may be filled by a traveler. If traveling, the company will provide a company credit card and cover all approved travel expenses (lodging, meals, rental car/vehicle, fuel, flights as needed, and incidentals) per company policy.


Leadership Responsibilities (Safety Team Lead)

  • Establish the site’s safety rhythm: onboarding, field walks, audits, corrective actions, reporting cadence, and subcontractor accountability.
  • Serve as the primary safety point of contact with the client/GC, ensuring alignment to mission critical standardsand scorecards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the Site Safety Plan aligned to client requirements, OSHA, and company standards.
  • Own safety execution in a brownfield environment: phasing, shutdown windows, access controls, escorts, and strict change control.
  • Lead planning and controls for high-risk activities, including:
  • LOTO / energized work coordination (interface with electrical leadership and client procedures)
  • Hot work, confined space, crane & rigging, working at heights, trenching/excavation, concrete operations
  • Material handling and equipment movement in tight operating corridors; temporary protection/barriers
  • Implement and enforce permit-to-work and JHA/AHA processes; verify task planning before crews start.
  • Conduct incident and near-miss investigations; drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Manage subcontractor safety performance: expectations, audits, trend reviews, and consequences for repeat non-compliance.
  • Deliver training and engagement: orientations, toolbox talks, supervisor coaching, and targeted refreshers.
  • Maintain safety documentation and reporting: inspections, action tracking, client reporting, and leadership updates.
  • Partner with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to align safety gates with major milestones (energization, startup, IST).

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years safety leadership in construction; mission critical/data center experience strongly preferred (brownfield/live site a major plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a safety team and influence multi-trade field execution.
  • Strong OSHA construction knowledge and practical expertise controlling high-risk work.
  • Excellent communication and field presenceβ€”able to coach, correct, and hold teams accountable.

Position Highlights:

  • The Clinical Documentation (CDI) Specialist Senior is a responsible for facilitating the improvement in the overall quality and completeness of provider-based clinical documentation in the medical record by working directly with providers. This position is responsible for assisting treating providers to ensure that documentation in the medical record accurately reflects the severity of illness, risk of mortality, complexity of patient care, and hierarchal condition categories of the patient.
  • The Clinical Documentation Specialist Senior assesses clinical documentation through extensive medical record review, deployment of artificial intelligence, and collaborating directly with the providers to clarify the documentation to accurately and completely reflect the patients’ medical conditions. Extensive collaboration with physicians, mid-levels, nursing staff, other patient care givers to include developing and delivering education, which will be accomplished with on-site meetings, zoom meetings, telephonic discussions, rounding and email. This position will collaborate with the Health Information Management (HIM) coding staff and the Educators to ensure that appropriate reimbursement is received for the level of services rendered to patients, clinical information utilized in profiling and reporting outcomes is complete and accurate.
  • Additionally, the Clinical Documentation Specialist Senior is expected to function as a subject matter expert on the team and assist less experience team members in understanding and following operational policies. This role is responsible for training and onboarding new team members and participating in special projects assigned by the Mid Revenue Cycle leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Reviews medical records for quality, completeness, and accuracy of documentation. Ensures that coded diagnoses accurately reflect level of patient care and patient status, including severity of illness and risk of mortality. Identifies gaps in documentation as well as conflicting or unspecified diagnoses and clarifies diagnoses with providers to assign the most accurate ICD 10CM/PCS code from the documentation. Must meet and maintain the quality and productivity measures established per polices.
  • Delivers ongoing education to providers through collaboration and communication via on-site meetings, zoom meetings, telephonic discussions, rounding, and email. Provides supplemental educational material and tools relative to documentation improvement practices for individual practitioners and groups of clinicians.
  • Identify and share documentation improvement opportunities with providers to capture the patient's accurate severity of illness and risk of mortality, comorbid conditions, and all other condition categories.
  • Develop clear, concise and compliant written and verbal queries to providers, seeking clarification on unclear, incomplete, or non specified documentation. Utilizes software system and the Natural Language Processor (NLP) to review, compile clinical indicators for provider collaboration, code, collect, track, and report outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Key Performance Indicators and additional significant metrics will be reported and discussed regularly, and as needed to the Medical Executive Committee via presentation to the Medical Records Committee and with other committees as directed
  • The Senior is expected to function as a subject matter expert on the team and assist less experience team members on following operational policies. Credentials and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree – field of study: Nursing, HIM or another Healthcare related field
  • A minimum six (6) years acute care clinical documentation experience
  • ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding and query process knowledge
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for documentation improvement, and hold collaborative discussions with providers to address the opportunities in documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the due diligence and master/campus planning phases for assigned data center project(s).
  • Provide oversight of engineering firms & general contractors throughout all project phases, including master planning, detail design, mobilization, construction execution, punch list, and turnover.
  • Deliver constructability input on electrical and mechanical designs to ensure cost-effective, buildable solutions.
  • Use broad data center project experience and detailed knowledge of critical infrastructure systems including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fire safety systems, and integrated controls/security infrastructure to guide clients toward sound strategies, help them understand design tradeoffs, and support decisions that drive reliability, efficiency, and overall program success.
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare regular executive level updates on key metrics, schedule forecasts, constraints/issues, risks, etc. for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Drive utility engagement, infrastructure upgrades, and communication with public utility services.


Client and Cross Functional Relationships

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned project(s) building trust through consistent performance and transparency.
  • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure seamless project integration and handoff to operations.
  • Lead executive level project reporting and presentations for assigned project(s).


Financial Management

  • Responsible for overall budget management and cost control for assigned project(s).
  • Accountable for reviewing and approving vendor invoices as necessary.
