The Records Management Specialist I will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of effective records management practices across HQ AMC. Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing records management practices

Position Overview

The Office Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Environmental Learning Center. This position serves as the administrative hub of the organization and works closely with the Executive Director, staff, students, parents, volunteers, and community partners.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the early childhood market (ages 0-8).
  • Experience in product design and development, preferably with materials such as wood, wood laminates, fabric, molded plastics, metal tubing, paper, and chipboard.
  • Degree in business administration, merchandising, marketing, early education, or related fields is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of Head Start and Common Core State Standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and MAC Photoshop, along with strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with US safety standards for children's products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Category Strategy & Execution

Experience / Requirements
