Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides athletic training services to student athletes under the direction of the team provider, written referral from a provider and/or the Sports Medicine Medical Director and in accordance with the state athletic training practice act. Monitors and provides game/contest coverage for athletes at assigned schools/facilities. Designs and implements preventative injury programs; identifies, evaluates and provides immediate care/referral for athletic injuries. Acts as a liaison between family providers, medical specialists, school/facility representatives, athletes, their parents, coaches and athletic/activities directors.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.
2. *Provides athlete consultation, practice coverage and injury tracking documentation for athletes at assigned schools/facilities; implements pre-season, in-season, and post-season strength and conditioning programs/camps.
3. *Provides game/contest coverage for assigned schools/facilities as scheduled; notifies coaches and/or athletic/activities director of athletes who are not medically eligible to compete.
4. *Reviews pre-game and practice taping and preparation with athletes to provide information regarding injury risks; makes recommendations for athlete safety and hydration based on environmental conditions.
5. *Acts as liaison between family providers, medical specialists, school/facility representatives, athletes, their parents, coaches and athletic/activities directors.
6. *Provides immediate and emergency care when needed following emergency action protocols and treatment.
7. Follows concussion management protocol for return to play.
8. *Develops treatment programs in accordance with findings of evaluations and goals established by the injury assessment or treating provider; schedules athlete treatments and/or interventions as necessary per established guidelines; assesses athletes status in response to treatment and modifies program as appropriate and/or in conjunction with treating provider.
9. *Refers athletes for appropriate diagnostic and follow-up procedures and subsequent injury tracking; maintains accurate records/documentation of injuries, treatments and provides insurance claim forms for sports injuries treated by a provider.
10. *Implements and communicates the use of the baseline concussion management system to all athletes and coaching staff with the utilization of the SCAT 6-Sport Concussion Assessment Tool. Used as a guideline to assess athletes who have sustained a concussion.
11. *Develops and maintains a budget for athletic training supplies; recommends new equipment and supplies to ensure optimum quality of athletes care.
12. *Follows established policies and procedures specific to athletic training room and the athletic healthcare program.
13. Reports for event coverage and attends meetings at designated time.
14. May provide athletic training at youth sport venues; conduct sports medicine clinics and seminars; provide coverage at athletic camps and local sporting events.
15. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
16. Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.
17. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of athletic training protocols and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
2. Knowledge of the principals of growth and development over the life span.
3. Knowledge of anatomical structure and function, physiological and biomechanical demands and response to exercise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in health-related field required. National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) certification required. Current Nebraska state license for Athletic Trainer or eligibility to apply for license within 3 months from hire required. Prior athletic training/conditioning experience preferred.
OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required. Bryan Health recognizes American Heart Association (for healthcare professionals), American Red Cross (for healthcare professionals) and the Military Training Network.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work requires significant mobility skills including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching and balancing. Assists with or transfers athletes of various weight/height. Pushes carts loaded with athletic equipment. May stand for long periods of time and/or walk long distances. Must be able to carry training kit and coolers for long distances. May be exposed to blood and body fluids requiring universal precautions.

IU Health is seeking a Board Eligible OB Hospitalist to join our established Labor & Delivery team, providing comprehensive inpatient obstetric care, managing antepartum and postpartum patients, supporting midwives, and responding to obstetric emergencies within a well-equipped and collegial environment. This full-time position also includes leadership responsibilities as Laborist Medical Director, providing clinical oversight and contributing to strategic program development across all three campuses.
Position Highlights
Provide continuous inpatient obstetric care on Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and Postpartum units
Evaluate and manage OB/GYN consultations from the ED and inpatient units
Support the OBED during high-volume or high-acuity periods

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Basic Qualifications
* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
* Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
* Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.

Salary Range: (S-16067) Pharmacist Hourly $64.60-$71.05
As the Home Health Patient Care Manager, you are responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of clinical services. Coordinates and supervises an interdisciplinary team of staff to assure the continuity of high quality care to home health patients assigned to the team's area in accordance with physician prescribed plan of care, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provides clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Receives referrals, ensures appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and plot start of care visits
* Coordinates determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
* Ensures patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs, appropriate and reasonable, meets home health eligibility criteria, and is in accordance with physician orders
* Reviews assessments and plans of care daily, per assigned workflow, and consults clinicians with recommendations, as appropriate
* Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

* Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
