The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline organization is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, System Security Engineering (SSE), integration and system level testing, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level integration, verification and validation.

What You Will Do:
As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
Providing LCE inputs to proposals, supporting customer proposal negotiations, executing program start-up to include program Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule and performance baseline development. Developing and partnering customer proposals, white papers, statements of work and Basis of Estimates

Position SUMMARY
The management responsibilities and duties for the Infection Prevention and Control Program are required to prevent and control the spread of infections and/or outbreaks. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Education
*Master's degree in nursing preferred; Bachelor of Nursing required
*Completed post-secondary education in nursing. Post-secondary includes public or private universities, colleges, community colleges, etc.
Registered Nurse
2 or more years' experience in infection prevention preferred.
A minimum of experience of two or more years in the related field of nursing
Certification in Infection Control (CBIC) with recertification every 5 years
Current license to practice in the State of North Carolina

Job Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis
Completes and updates NHSN modules on current HAI definitions.
Manages ICP data to include NHSN (for public reporting) and internal leadership reporting.
Perform surveillance and review/evaluate cases of infections for opportunities in patient care.
Provide data analysis of all ICP data and develop action plans to applicable leadership teams and healthcare providers.
Hand hygiene compliance surveillance and education (process improvement)
Track and monitor transmissible diseases and notify local, state, and federal authorities about reportable diseases as required.
Establish accepted standards to develop, implement, monitor, and revise infection control policies and procedures to assure compliance with the standards.
Coordinates infection control risk assessments for construction, renovation, or repairs with the project manager.
Conducts audits of the environment and addresses any concerns or lapses with infection control practices.
Coordinates annual Infection Control Risk Assessment for annual planning and disease control.
Based on annual risk assessment, develops Infection Control Program plan and sets goals.

Stays informed on current NHSN definitions, updates and applicable program processes directed by NHSN.
Utilizes data from surveillance and research of literature to lead orientation implementation of best practices to reduce infections and actively leads or serves on committees relevant to good Infection Control and Prevention practices.
Actively leads or participates in quality projects/groups for reduction of HAI, such as CAUTI, CLABSI & CDIFF TRIADs and DYADS.
Stays current in assessment of entity compliance with best practice recommendations, regulatory agencies and state and federal laws.
Coordinates data collection, analyzes data, development of action plans and conducts follow-up of implemented action plans to determine further actions if necessary.

Takes leadership role in the Infection Control and Prevention Committee (ICPP) bi-monthly with the department chair to organize minutes, agenda and pertinent topics related to HAI risks reduction and regulatory compliance.
Takes leadership/participate role in other hospital committees as assigned.

Effectively communicates problems with compliance to appropriate leadership in Administration, Medical Executive Committee, Hospital Board and multiple hospital committees.

Serve as content leader in policy & procedure development and review, hospital and unit-based priorities by networking with variety of disciplines and service areas for infection control improvement practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Second Year Radiology Student in good standing of a formal Radiologic Technology Program
- Completion of all required radiology exam competencies
- Current BLS certification
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs basic Radiologic procedures at a professional and technical level under general (see definition) supervision from a registered technologist
- Understand the basic reporting system for position: Radiology Manager, Radiology Assistant Manager, Charge Technologist, Sr. Radiologic Technologist, Staff technologist
- Provide knowledgeable coverage for the O.R. and E.D. departments as needed (under supervision from registered technologist
- Understand the usage of the C.R. (computerized radiology) system
- Understand the transfer and viewing of images through the P.A.C.S. system
- Understand the ordering system through Meditech system.
- Maintain, clean, and re-stock each radiologic exam room when procedure is completed
- Transportation of patients as needed
- Adheres to hospital dress code
- Maintains confidentiality of all Hospital matters (i.e.; patients HIPAA)
- Practices good communication skills
- Conducts self in a professional manner consistent with the values of San Juan Regional Medical Center
- Assumes responsibility for own personal continuing education and developmental needs. Attends meetings, workshops, and conventions to increase clinical skills.

Physical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:
- Exposure to radiation hazards through radiology procedures
- Exposure to body fluids through direct contact, IV procedures, infection and/or contagious diseases
- Requires lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing
- Provide multiple and directional guidance during procedures to patients with caring and compassion
- Interaction with potential verbally abusive patients
Definition:
- General Supervision: A registered Technologist must be available on a regularly scheduled basis to review the practice of the supervised individual, to provide consultation to the supervised individual, to review images, and further educate the individuals in their performance.
