Core Responsibilities
- Own the full supply chain lifecycle: sourcing, procurement, supplier development, planning, logistics, and cost control
- Lead production ramp from pilot builds to scalable manufacturing (internal and/or contract manufacturers)
- Own supplier quality and incoming inspection systems
- Define and execute contract manufacturing strategy
- Establish spare parts and field service supply architecture
- Partner with Finance to optimize working capital and inventory efficiency
- Lead make-vs-buy and capital equipment investment decisions
- Establish and manage production schedules aligned to company milestones + report out weekly to teams and Executive team; including Board of Directors.
- Negotiate and manage strategic supplier contracts (electronics, mechanical systems, long-lead components, capital equipment)
- Drive BOM cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
- Implement production KPIs: throughput, yield, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost
- Identify supply risks early (capacity, geopolitical exposure, sole-source dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner closely with Engineering on NPI, DFM, supplier qualification, and design-to-cost efforts
- Develop S&OP and demand planning processes appropriate for a scaling startup
- Stand up scalable systems (ERP/MRP, forecasting, reporting infrastructure)
- Recruit, develop, and lead a lean, high-performing supply chain and production team
- Develop operational processes for parts inventory, ordering, and supporting a dealer network.
- A focus on managing budget and forecast.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain and/or production within EV, autonomy, robotics, automotive, or other complex hardware environments
- Proven experience scaling from NPI/prototype to volume manufacturing
- Demonstrated success negotiating multi-million-dollar supplier agreements
- Strong production execution background with a track record of delivering against aggressive timelines
- Experienced team builder who attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
- Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Experience in a startup or VC-backed growth environment preferred

The total compensation (hourly pay plus incentive) for this position is

General Objective of the Role
Support the development of Ecorobotix’s turf-care system through collection of high-quality turf imagery and environmental data to support AI model training and validation. The Regional Turf Data Technician is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with golf courses, sod farms, sports fields to assess whether their facilities have the type of data that we need to photograph and obtain any permits needed to collect those photographs. The Regional Turf Data Technician will need to produce high quality and variety of images of desired turfgrass species and document pests based on business needs. This individual will work outdoors to ensure regular monitoring of turfgrass and associated pests within their geographical area.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
Reports Turf Data Team Manager, Turf Division. This role will collaborate with the AI and Crop Vision team as well as Turf Data Quality teams to ensure they are achieving data quantity and quality goals. The Regional Turf Data Technician will also collaborate with other members of the pre- and after-sales teams of Ecorobotix Inc. as required to scout for data collection locations. Externally, interaction with dealers, superintendents, turf farm managers, and athletic facility managers on turf facilities or at regional association meetings and trade shows is required.

- Operate and maintain camera and field data systems

Responsibilities Include:
Architecture, Design, and Integration
- Design, maintain, and evolve SharePoint and CRM architectures for both on-prem and cloud environments (DOD365-J).
- Develop and manage technical roadmaps aligned with J6's enterprise architecture.

Engineering and Operations

- Maintain versioning, backups, and high availability of mission-critical systems.
- Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines across NIPR and SIPR environments.
- Coordinate and perform system monitoring, patching, and capacity management.
- Support certification and accreditation (C&A) and ATO processes through RMF compliance.
Technical Leadership and Innovation
- Lead modernization from deprecated SharePoint features (InfoPath, classic workflows) to Power Platform-based solutions.
- Support Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Dataverse integrations.
- Provide expertise for integration testing, performance monitoring, and system resiliency.
- Produce architecture documentation, design diagrams, and governance records.
- Conduct demonstrations and training for government staff and administrators.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Citizenship and Clearance:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technology architecture, development, and operations within DoD or enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams across SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration efforts.
- Coordinate collaboration between architecture, engineering, and operations staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
