Overview

Jennifer Behr is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow the global wholesale business across hair accessories, fashion jewelry, and bridal. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key retail partnerships, expanding global distribution, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful seasonal execution. Key Responsibilities


Wholesale Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the global wholesale strategy across domestic and international markets to grow wholesale sales across the board
  • Set seasonal sales targets, account plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities across major retailers, specialty boutiques, and international partners
  • Support category expansion and increase penetration across existing accounts
  • Continue to innovate sales strategies
  • Work with Wholesalers to maximize sales opportunities - working with their marketing teams where appropriate to grow sales
  • Manage bridal salesperson and bridal market


Account Management

  • Manage and grow key wholesale accounts including top-tier department stores, online retailers, and global partners
  • Conduct seasonal market appointments, line presentations, and buy negotiations in New York and Paris
  • Market Prep, traveling with collection and showroom setup
  • Analyze sell-through and inventory performance to maximize in-season opportunities and future opportunities
  • Manage wholesale communications and relationships with majors and boutiques to maintain excellent relationships
  • Execute daily sales operations including order management, forecasting, and reporting


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Design and Product teams on line planning, pricing strategy, and category development
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR on account activations, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives
  • Work closely with Operations and Production to align order flow, forecasting, and delivery timelines
  • Partner with the CEO on budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, growth, sell-through, margin, and account performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Use data to identify risks and opportunities across regions and categories


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or jewelry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding global distribution

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cell culture (iPSCs, primary cells, immortalized cell lines) to support the research needs of the group and high-throughput screening of siRNAs using qPCR and a variety of cell-based assays
  • Execute day to day operations for RNASeq sample preparation, including: library preparation, QC and sequencing. Maintain sample tracking & records.
  • Conduct assays that support in vivo studies (e.g. qPCR, ELISA) for the quantitative analysis of biomarkers or siRNA activity
  • Support lab maintenance including equipment operation & maintenance , reagent inventory and reagent preparation
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and participate in the continuing development and optimization of existing and new protocols.
  • Utilize instrumentation and robotics to aid in high throughput (384-well) screening.
  • Adapts well to the changing platform needs, in workflow, projects and other tasks as required by the platform.


Qualifications

  • A BS in a biological science with at least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in cell or molecular biology are required
  • Experience in cell culture and purification/quantification of nucleic acids/protein, including qPCR
  • Experience with NGS workflow is desired
  • Experienced with laboratory automation including liquid handling systems such as Perkin Elmer JANUS, Beckman i7 or other systems.
  • The candidate should be intensely detail oriented, highly motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, desire to drive innovation, and willingness to learn

About the Role


Bexorg is seeking a highly experienced, trusted, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic execution partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Position Summary

The Steward / Prep Cook is responsible for cleaning and storing all flatware, silver, glass, kitchen trays, pots, pans according to the direction of the restaurant management team. The Steward / Prep Cook also assists in food preparation as requested. This position reports to the Chef De Cuisine.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

  • Scrape, stack, and clean all dishes properly
  • Store dishes and silver in the designated locations
  • Set up cleaning area: put dish machine together properly, fil all water tanks, turn on heating elements to dish machine
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, participate in pre and post shift cleaning and organization to include but not limited to: kitchen equipment, walk in fridge/freezer storage, dry storage, trash, recycle, mopping, sweeping
  • Assist with storage of food deliveries
  • Clean kitchen walls, floors, loading docks, and other associated areas at the proper time
  • Disassemble, clean and re-assemble dishwasher prior to end of shift
  • Post appropriate caution signs when the floor is wet or being mopped to ensure highest level of safety
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean orderly condition
  • Assist with preparing food items according to chef specifications

- Performs and records the following specimen collection:
- Obtains urine, stool, and sputum specimens for patients; instructs patients in proper specimen collection technique.

- Transports patients as needed
- Serves, sets up and retrieves trays
- Distributes water pitchers as appropriate

- Inventories and assures disposition of patients' belongings when admitted, transferred, and/or discharged.
- Assures proper storage of equipment.
- Recognizes emergency situations and initiates plan of action
- Notifies RN/LPN of any changes seen in patient's condition
- Complies with policies and procedures of the hospital/nursing department.
- Supports the philosophy of the hospital and department of nursing.
- Maintains CPR certification and practice
- Demonstrates cost-effective patient care by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment, appropriate and prudent use of supplies, accurate charging of supplies; performing other division-specific tasks, and appropriate utilization of available resources.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to improve service and care. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate using telephones, computer systems.
- Answers telephone promptly and politely, identifying self, title, and department. Receives and sends messages in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Communicates with the patients, family, and members of the healthcare team in a concise, tactful, and considerate manner. Must represent the hospital in a professional courteous manner, while being sensitive to how others perceive both verbal and non-verbal communications.
- ICU and IMC Unit Clerk/Care Partners will be responsible for obtaining quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods (venous and capillary) using standard safety equipment from all age groups with strict adherence to regulatory requirements and collection procedures. Additional Phlebotomy responsibilities include accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, and handling.

Position Overview


The College Admission Prep Planning Counselor plays a key role in guiding high school students and their families through the U.S. college admissions process. This position focuses on academic planning, college selection, application strategy, essay development, standardized testing guidance, and financial aid advising. The ideal candidate brings deep admissions expertise, strong mentorship skills, and a student-centered approach.


Key Responsibilities


  • Advise students on building competitive college applications, including college selection, application strategies (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular Decision), and completion of Common App, Coalition, UC, and other platforms
  • Guide students in selecting high school coursework aligned with college admission requirements and academic strengths
  • Coach students on brainstorming, drafting, and refining personal statements, supplemental essays, and extracurricular rΓ©sumΓ©s
  • Provide guidance on SAT/ACT preparation strategies, testing timelines, and test-optional policies
  • Support families in navigating FAFSA, CSS Profile, and scholarship application processes
  • Deliver group workshops on college preparation topics such as application timelines, essay writing, interview skills, and financial aid
  • Track student progress and maintain detailed records using college counseling platforms such as Naviance or Scoir
  • Collaborate with parents, school counselors, and teachers to ensure consistent student support
  • Stay informed on admissions trends, policy updates, and changes in higher education

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required in Counseling, Education, or a related field
  • 10 or more years of experience in college counseling, admissions, or education
  • Strong understanding of U.S. college admissions processes, including application development and essay coaching
  • Familiarity with admissions requirements for Texas universities and Ivy League institutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Common App, FAFSA, and Google Workspace


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a U.S. high school or college admissions office
  • Professional certification (NACAC, HECA, IECA, or similar)
  • Experience supporting underrepresented or first-generation college-bound students
  • Doctoral degree in Counseling, Education, or a closely related field


Schedule and Location

  • Part-time role, weekends only

  • Ability to commute to McKinney, TX 75071 required
