Overview

Jennifer Behr is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow the global wholesale business across hair accessories, fashion jewelry, and bridal. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key retail partnerships, expanding global distribution, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful seasonal execution. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, strong luxury wholesale experience, deep retail relationships, and a strategic yet hands-on approach. We are looking for someone who can also execute creative sales opportunities as the wholesale market continues to evolve - private trunk shows, pop ups, experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Strategy & Growth

• Own and execute the global wholesale strategy across domestic and international markets to grow wholesale sales across the board
• Set seasonal sales targets, account plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
• Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities across major retailers, specialty boutiques, and international partners
• Support category expansion and increase penetration across existing accounts
• Continue to innovate sales strategies
• Work with Wholesalers to maximize sales opportunities - working with their marketing teams where appropriate to grow sales
• Manage bridal salesperson and bridal market

Account Management

• Manage and grow key wholesale accounts including top-tier department stores, online retailers, and global partners
• Conduct seasonal market appointments, line presentations, and buy negotiations in New York and Paris
• Market Prep, traveling with collection and showroom setup
• Analyze sell-through and inventory performance to maximize in-season opportunities and future opportunities
• Manage wholesale communications and relationships with majors and boutiques to maintain excellent relationships
• Execute daily sales operations including order management, forecasting, and reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Design and Product teams on line planning, pricing strategy, and category development
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR on account activations, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives
• Work closely with Operations and Production to align order flow, forecasting, and delivery timelines
• Partner with the CEO on budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, growth, sell-through, margin, and account performance
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform strategy and decision-making
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities across regions and categories

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or jewelry

Overview

The experienced Research Associate Scientist II, with a background in in vitro screening, will be part of our dynamic, fast-paced and interdisciplinary lead development team. Our mission is to advance Client RNAi therapeutic programs from target discovery through lead candidate selection. The Associate Scientist II will be technically skilled in molecular and/ or cell biology, and bring a rigorous, analytical approach to research.

This position is onsite and will be primarily located in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture (iPSCs, primary cells, immortalized cell lines) to support the research needs of the group and high-throughput screening of siRNAs using qPCR and a variety of cell-based assays
• Execute day to day operations for RNASeq sample preparation, including: library preparation, QC and sequencing. Maintain sample tracking & records.
• Conduct assays that support in vivo studies (e.g. qPCR, ELISA) for the quantitative analysis of biomarkers or siRNA activity
• Support lab maintenance including equipment operation & maintenance , reagent inventory and reagent preparation
• Troubleshoot technical problems and participate in the continuing development and optimization of existing and new protocols.
• Utilize instrumentation and robotics to aid in high throughput (384-well) screening.

Qualifications

• A BS in a biological science with at least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in cell or molecular biology are required
• Experience in cell culture and purification/quantification of nucleic acids/protein, including qPCR

About the Role

Bexorg is seeking a highly experienced, trusted, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic execution partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is singularly focused on maximizing CEO effectiveness, operating leverage, and follow-through across a complex and fast-moving organization.

This role acts as an extension of the CEO—owning executive-level calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation and follow-through, travel and expense coordination, and governance support tied to the Board and executive leadership cadence. The Autobody Prep Apprentice supports the paint and body team by preparing surfaces, applying fillers, and assisting with priming and finishing processes. This entry-level role is designed for individuals developing their Bondo, Priming, and Sanding skills in autobody preparation while working under experienced team members to deliver high-quality results in a safe and collaborative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow all safety regulations and guidelines for tools, materials, and work areas.

· Perform basic bodywork tasks, including block and hand sanding.

· Mask props and surfaces to prevent overspray.

· Select and use appropriate sandpaper grits for different applications.

· Mix and apply autobody fillers as directed.

· Learn to spray polyester, water-based, urethane, and epoxy primers.

· Assist in covering and protecting workspaces and materials not involved in the job.

• Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.

• Complete routine laboratory procedures, such as but not limited to preparation of solvents, buffers, resins, reagent solutions, media prep, mixing of chemicals, etc.

• Report timely and accurate test results according to laboratory policies and procedures.

• Routine maintenance of lab equipment and troubleshooting.

• Store chemicals properly, dispose of chemical waste, adhere to safety procedures, and participate in safety programs.

• Manage inventory, maintain processes, and order laboratory supplies, including glassware and chemicals for biotech/pharmaceutical processes.

• Maintain records utilizing electronic laboratory notebooks (eLNs).

• Maintain files, track orders, and process shipping requests.

• Track and document chemical usage and inventory.

• Restocking glassware and chemicals.

Position Overview

The College Admission Prep Planning Counselor plays a key role in guiding high school students and their families through the U.S. college admissions process. This position focuses on academic planning, college selection, application strategy, essay development, standardized testing guidance, and financial aid advising. The ideal candidate brings deep admissions expertise, strong mentorship skills, and a student-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on building competitive college applications, including college selection, application strategies (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular Decision), and completion of Common App, Coalition, UC, and other platforms
• Guide students in selecting high school coursework aligned with college admission requirements and academic strengths
• Coach students on brainstorming, drafting, and refining personal statements, supplemental essays, and extracurricular résumés

• Collaborate with parents, school counselors, and teachers to ensure consistent student support

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Counseling, Education, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in college counseling, admissions, or education
• Strong understanding of U.S. college admissions processes, including application development and essay coaching
• Familiarity with admissions requirements for Texas universities and Ivy League institutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with Common App, FAFSA, and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a U.S. high school or college admissions office
• Professional certification (NACAC, HECA, IECA, or similar)
• Experience supporting underrepresented or first-generation college-bound students
• Doctoral degree in Counseling, Education, or a closely related field
