Duties:
- Crew supervision.

- Conduit Mastery: Expertly bend and install EMT, IMC, and Rigid conduit up to 4" using mechanical and hydraulic benders.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Accurately interpret complex multi-layered schematics, one-line diagrams, and floor plans for precise layout.
- Feeder & Branch Wiring: Lead the pulling and termination of large-gauge feeders and branch circuits in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all rough-in and finish work meets 2023 NEC standards and specific Dallas building codes.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex wiring and control issues using digital multimeters and testing equipment.

You will work independently as well as with a team, ensuring code compliance, safety, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply lines, waste and vent systems, fixtures, equipment such as water heaters, boilers, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, plumbing diagrams, and specifications to determine work procedures.
- Measure, mark, cut, thread, bend, and join piping (copper, steel, PVC, PEX, etc.) using the appropriate tools and methods (e.g., solder, brazing, welding, solvent weld).

The Senior Estimator with support our Sales team in developing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for engineered production and process equipment used in upstream and midstream oil and gas applications as well as other liquid and gas processing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pressure vessels and skidded, packaged systems, along with a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides accurate cost estimating services for incoming quotes regarding tanks, pressure vessels, piping, skids, controls, instrumentations and other custom-engineered equipment.
- Analyze RFQs, specifications, and drawings to determine scope, materials, labor, and timelines.
- Interpret and modify Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).

(Rockledge, Florida), where the intern will collaborate with both researchers and industry engineers. All research and hands-on activities will occur at this off-campus sponsor facility.
Responsibilities:
This program focuses on supporting activities related to process development, optimizations and designs of portable, modular gas-to-methanol technologies in partnership with M2X Energy Inc., which involves, but is not limited to:
Development and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Creation and support of CAD drawings for equipment layouts, skid assemblies, and process components.
Design, assembly, and experimentation with benchtop instruments, including data acquisition and analysis.
Basic process control support and maintenance of engineering and manufacturing documentation.
Assembly, modification, and operation of flow reactors and adsorption testing systems (such as breakthrough rigs) to generate data for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) modeling and validation.

Preparation of written and oral reports summarizing experimental results, processes, and findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment or recent completion in an engineering or science undergraduate program and basic proficiency in one or more of the following: chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry with scientific lab work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with process diagrams and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and interpreting or drafting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Hands-on experience in bench-scale instrumentation development and experimentation.
