Job Description
Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Technician plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting plant uptime and performance. This position is 100% floor-based, directly responding to equipment breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with project-related tasks. A core responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical and PLC based control system issues in real time to minimize downtime and support efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Real-Time Equipment Support & Troubleshooting
- Immediately respond to breakdowns and perform on-the-spot repairs to restore production.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLC I/O and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with operators to identify and resolve root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Support line changeovers and production start-ups.
PLC and Electrical Control Support
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control-related issues.
- Troubleshoot systems using tools such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and control panel builds.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate Ethernet and communication cabling.
Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance with focus on reliability and efficiency.
- Take ownership of specific PM areas and proactively improve them.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term corrective actions.
Project and Fabrication Work
- Assist in machinery installation and facility improvement projects.
- Perform light fabrication and welding for safety and efficiency-related improvements.
Safety & Communication
- Always follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially a full shift

The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the end-to-end coordination of a key enterprise learning program. Maintaining training and user profile records; this role coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for virtual and in person learning events. Working as a conduit between the Pacific Life learning team and our external vendor they will serve as a subject matter expert in coordinating learning programs, maximizing the utilization of our learning system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments, and reports.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Job Overview:
The Product Manager Equipment - Electronics will be responsible for Sales in support of overall sales internally at Matheson facilities and externally with customer visits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to company safety work policies and operating practices: report safety incidents and near misses.
- Increase sales and market share of point of use and bulk gas purifiers through direct and indirect sales activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry or Engineering preferred), or equivalent experience

Training, Education and Experience:
· Bachelors of Science Degree in life sciences or chemistry ideally supported by an MBA or commercial experience within the strategic market

We are privately held American owned Small Business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products.
We are looking for dependable, fast paced, hard-working individuals with experience as a Mechanical Quality Inspector with the following qualifications and experience:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Use of basic inspection tools, including height stand, calipers, micrometers; comparator; Hexagon vision experience is a plus.
Experience fixturing and laying out part for dimensional readings.
Experience reading and deciphering blueprints, performing FAIR dimensional inspection reports.
Performs 1st article inspection on machined parts.
Performs in-process inspection, final inspection, and tool calibration as required to support the inspection department.
Maintain area neat and clean and adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
Other duties are necessary to maintain the necessary levels of production.
Can work overtime as needed and weekends when needed.
Experience and Education Required
High School or Equivalent
Able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Blueprint reading
Basic Math / Geometry skills
Aerospace Experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office
Knowledge of various types of measuring instruments
Familiar with ANSI Y14.5 & ASME Y14.85
3-4 years of manufacturing or related experience
- Must have advanced ability to read drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures, GD&T dimensioning
Physical requirements.
Frequent: Handle, manual dexterity, lift 5-49 lbs., reach, stand, stoop, and walk. Use personal protective equipment.
Required: Close vision, color, and depth perception.
- Familiarity with Aerospace plating and processing standards, such as standards for anodizing, chem.-film, passivation, chrome plating, silver plating, etc.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook desired.
