The scope of practice/service is treating primary and urgent care patients.

You may also provide some occupational medicine services, mental health via your primary care experience, wellness preventative exams and outreach events.

The patient volume is expected to increase, but starting out about 10 per day.

We are looking for an engaged and motivated provider to help us grow this service line.

Qualified providers must be Spanish-speaking.

Schedule work hours vary as follows: Monday and Friday 8am 5pm, Tuesday 5am -2pm, Wednesday 2pm-11pm Thursday 10am-7pm.We offer full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, in addition to matching 401K, Paid time off, Holiday time off, CME time off, and extended illness days.

  • Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case
  • Adheres to Clinical Analytics relative to quality
  • Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff
  • Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC

  • Maintains relationships with center clients and payers

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification
  • Active and unrestricted license
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
