The Opportunity

Community Hospital – Munster, Indiana
- Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center.
- 437-bed facility with a 30-bed ICU.
- Annual volume of 70,000.
- All sub-specialty support. No running codes or rapids. Great nursing staff.
- On average 10 admits per day and 8 admits per night.

Great Non Invasive & Interventionalist Cardiologist Opportunities – Waterbury, Connecticut
A leading Connecticut cardiology practice, serving the community for more than 30 years, is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their full-service treatment center. The practice includes six physicians, a nurse practitioner, and a nurse call center, providing comprehensive care from prevention and non-invasive testing to advanced interventional procedures.
This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position and help shape the vision of the clinical service line. Clinical duties include providing direct patient care in the office and hospital, inpatient and outpatient consultations, and serving as a resource for education and guidance to interns, residents, and students. Responsibilities also include seeing patients across the office and local hospitals and participating in rotational call coverage.
The position involves general and interventional cardiology care, including performing cardiac catheterization, PCI, coronary stent placement, and TAVR procedures. Candidates must have active ABIM certification in Internal Medicine and be board certified or board eligible in Invasive Cardiology at the time of hire. Board certification in ECHO and Nuclear is required (or in process), and training in TAVR or Structural Heart Disease Fellowship is preferred.

Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to serve as Associate Program Director (APD) for a new community-based OB/GYN Residency Program , anticipated to launch Summer 2027 . This role combines meaningful educational leadership with OB/GYN clinical practice in a collaborative, hospital-employed environment. The Opportunity
The Associate Program Director works in close partnership with the Program Director to support the educational, operational, and cultural development of the residency program while maintaining an active clinical practice.
This position includes protected time dedicated to residency leadership responsibilities, including:
Support the Program Director in residency administration, curriculum, and program improvement
Participate in and support scholarly activity and QI with institutional research support

The combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is dedicated to reducing inequities in underserved communities by training leaders in Medicine-Pediatrics primary care. We seek a leader in medical education and community engagement to serve as Program Director. The Icahn Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai - Pediatrics Residency Program currently consists of 16 residents.
The Program Director administers and maintains a residency program that is conducive to exceptional clinical learning and professional development. In addition to excellent clinical and leadership skills and knowledge of ACGME policies, procedures and program requirements, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic excellence and authentic collaboration with underserved communities.
Reports to: System Vice Chair for Education, Department of Medicine (primary) and Vice Chair for Education, Department of Pediatrics.
Responsibilities Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education in all sites that participate in the residency program. Where appropriate, collaborate with the categorical Medicine and categorical Pediatrics residency programs and our community partners in the completion of each of the following:
· Collaborate with our East Harlem communities to ensure program practices and policies are aligned with our stated program mission.
· Approve the selection of program faculty at each site.
· Evaluate program faculty and approve their continued participation in the Residency Program.
· Monitor resident supervision at all participating sites.
· Prepare and submit all materials required by ACGME, including but not limited to program information forms and annual program resident updates to the Accreditation Data System ADS.
· Conduct semiannual evaluations of residents’ performance and provide feedback.
· Ensure compliance with institutional grievance and due process procedures.
· Provide verification of education for all residents, including those who leave the program prior to completion.
· Implement policies and procedures consistent with the institutional and program requirements for resident duty hours and the working environment, including moonlighting, distribution of policies and procedures to the residents and faculty, and adjust schedules as necessary to mitigate excessive service demands and/or fatigue.
· Comply with the sponsoring institution’s written policies and procedures, including those specified in the institutional requirements, for selection, evaluation and promotion of residents, disciplinary action, and supervision of residents.
· Be familiar with and comply with ACGME and Review Committee policies.
· Regularly assess and promote resident well-being while fostering an environment community are at the forefront of residents’ clinical and academic experiences.
Qualifications · Medical Degree from an accredited university
· New York State Medical License (or eligible)
· Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
· Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Graduate Medical Education and/or community health leadership
· Demonstrated ability to form authentic partnerships with local community leaders and community-based organizations
· A strong work ethic and desire to participate in team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
Compensation range from 225K to 280K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Engage members either face to face or over the phone to educate about their health
Conduct comprehensive member assessment that includes bio-psychosocial, functional, and behavioral health needs
Identify member service needs related to health concerns
Identify urgent member situations and escalate to next level when necessary
Engage member to participate in the assessment process and collaboratively develop plan of care based on their individual needs, preferences, and objectives with nursing oversight
Work with members to develop healthcare goals and identify potential barriers to achieving healthcare goals
Integrate health care and service needs into a plan or recommendation for member care and service
Collaborate with member to create solutions to overcome barriers to achieving healthcare goals
Collaborate with hospital case managers to decrease ER visits and decrease hospital readmission rate
Identify relevant community resources available based on member needs
Advocate for individuals and communities within the health and social service systems
Moderate work experience within own function
Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 5+ years of equivalent community outreach work experience
~1+ year field-based experience (medical, behavioral, or social work field)
~ Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
~ Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
~ Ability to travel locally approximately 75% of the time and up to 60 miles round trip with reliable transportation and driver's license
~ 1+ years of knowledge of medical terminology
~ Background in managing populations with complex medical or behavioral needs
~ Experience with arranging community resources
~ Bilingual - Korean, Tagalog, Chuukese
~ Knowledge and/or experience with behavioral health or substance use disorders
~ Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment.
