Position Title: Program Delivery Specialist
GIRL SCOUT MISSION:
To build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Delivery Specialist position at Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains
(GSGWM) is responsible for successfully implementing the Girl Scout Leadership
Experience through program delivery, staff and volunteer trainings, and increasing
awareness of the Girl Scout program for our membership and future members. They are
responsible for building stronger girl and adult volunteer participation and retention
through exceptional program facilitation. They are expected to lead by example and be a
role model for girls, peers and other council staff. They will be responsible for seeking out
and cultivating new relationships with individuals and organizations in order to better serve
our membership. They are a member of the Girl Experience (program) team and will
collaborate to develop and deliver council wide programs and support GSGWM program
facilities as needed.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assists in achieving the goals of Girl Scout of the Green and White Mountain
(GSGWM) for girl and adult retention through virtual and in-person program
implementation. Will be responsible for managing data to achieve goals including
participation percentages, retention and other data sets as established by council
strategy goals.
2. Supports the implementation of strategies outlined in the council's strategic plan,
annual business plan, and/or other council goals. Including maintaining fiscal
responsibilities and appropriate budget management.
3. Works with the Girl Experience, Community Engagement, and Facilities teams to
determine, develop and implement innovative techniques to ensure the effective
delivery of programs, engagement and retention strategies, long range property
planning, as well as the use and care of properties and program equipment.
4. Ensures well rounded and progressive program opportunities and skills trainings are
offered within their assigned geographic area as well as the greater council, which

include programming for all age levels, all program pillars and meets the needs of
local communities and members.
5. Provides staff run programs, collaborates with partners for vendor/community
partner run programs and supports volunteers in facilitating programs.
6. Promotes and assists with council-wide events, programs, activities, public
relations, fund development endeavors, and partnership building.
7. Responsible for managing programs from conception to evaluation including
program design, budget management and financial tracking, implementation,
evaluation and collecting participant feedback for all assigned programs and
events.
8. Responsible for promoting, facilitating, and increasing participation in GSGWM
programs as assigned, including but not limited to: Higher Awards, Program
Aides/Leadership progression, Individually Registered Girls experience, special Girl
Scout interest groups, community service programs and awards, GSUSA badges
and curriculum, summer camp programs, property rentals, and other programs.
9. Responsible for assisting in recruitment, training, scheduling, and retaining
registered Girl Scout volunteers and seasonal staff to deliver programs.
10. Supervises and supports programs and summer camp operations as assigned (this
may include staff led overnight camps, days camps, or volunteer led camps) to
ensure safe and high-quality experience for campers. Follows all GSGWM, Girl
Scout, local, state, and federal guidelines for staffing, program delivery, and
operations.
11. Ensures programs take place in each geographic district assigned to this position so
that girl members have opportunities to participate in at least 3 programs outside of
troop meetings.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Day Camp Management and Supervision additionally includes:
1. Responsible for supporting volunteer camp staff and/or managing camp staff
including interviewing, onboarding, training, supporting, supervising, and evaluating
seasonal summer staff.
2. Manage and/or support summer day camp operations including but not limited to
food services, health services, aquatics and land programming, on-site and off-site
programming, family and council communications, and risk management. This may
include filling the role of on-site day camp director.
3. Collaborate with other Program Delivery Specialists supervising camp operations to
provide consistent programming, progression, processes, and oversight,
incorporating family interest and camper choice.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Proven customer service experience with customers and volunteers.
• Two years program facilitation experience of both youth and adults.
• Two years outdoor program facilitation experience of both youth and adults, Girl
Scout experience preferred.
• One year program and outdoor program development experience strongly preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience of summer camp programs or youth programs
strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle necessary to carry out assignments.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Certifications in a variety of specialized activity areas and skills or willingness to
obtain. Including some of the following: Lifeguarding, Small Craft, Archery,
Climbing, Wilderness First Aid/Wilderness First Responder.
• Belief and support of the mission of the Girl Scouts; membership in Girl Scouts
strongly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Excellent, effective English language abilities, both oral and written.
• Fluency or conversational expertise in additional languages a plus

WORK SCHEDULE/CONDITIONS:
This position is a full time exempt position based upon the independent decision making
and employee supervision necessary for its success. Basic hours may consist of office hours, remote work at home, and 1-3 nights per week and every other weekend throughout
the year with the possibility of 3-4 weekends a month in peak Spring and Fall programming
months. Weekend hours consist of overnight and weekend programs that require overnight
stays at our camp properties and/or being on call for groups in the evening and overnight.
Will require flexible scheduling of work and travel time to accommodate council-wide
program needs.
Position is geographically based. Work locations may include offices or GSGWM properties
in Bedford, NH; Portsmouth, NH; Thetford, VT, Richmond, VT, and others, as well as
seasonal or one-time locations to deliver program or participate in team work days.

weather conditions throughout the day and night.
• Able to sit upright and view computer screen for several hours at a time

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision and in support of the Midwifery Coordinator, the Women’s Health Program Manager supports and enhances the activities of the practice by providing administrative support and coordinating daily operations. This position also oversees the Family Planning program and ensures that program requirements are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· This is an on-site, in-person position.
· Embraces and assures that department goals are aligned with Alivio Medical Center’s mission, goals and objectives.
· Review pregnancy test counseling, ensuring that it is in compliance with Family Planning guidelines to be neutral, factual, and non-directive.
· Coordinates the quarterly family planning chart review/audit.
· Directly supervises program staff.
· Reviews and approves department timesheets and time-off requests.
· Participates in recruitment and onboarding of new department staff, and coordinates student rotations.
· Creates monthly OB/CNM clinic schedules.
· Reviews and maintains up to date patient education materials in all clinical pods.
· Collaborates with Midwifery Coordinator to ensure that annual performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner for the OB/Midwifery department.
· Works in collaboration with Finance Department to complete and submit Family Planning Annual Report.
· Responsible for maintaining inventory of contraceptives and processing purchase requisitions.
· Participates in Family Planning webinars and educational/training opportunities provided by National Training Centers, as appropriate.
· Prepares for and coordinates site visits/program reviews.
· Coordinates the review and implementation of family planning sliding fee scale annually.
· Develop, revise and/or update guidelines and handouts for Family Planning as needed for program compliance, and reviews them with program staff.
· Organize, at minimum, quarterly Family Planning staff meetings. Orient new Family Planning staff to program and duties.
· Conduct monthly Information & Education Committee/Community Advisory Group meetings. Implement, evaluate, and participate in community outreach activities, including at least one health fair or outreach event per year to promote the Family Planning program.
· Initiate contacts at aldermanic offices and community agencies, etc., to inform of and promote the program, and to recruit participants for I & E/CAG.
· Works with the Development Dept to submit the Family Planning grant every year and the relevant reports. Check progress of goals in workplan at least every 6 months. Make sure time & effort is being documented and allocated correctly.
· Utilize technology and social media platforms to provide information about the Family Planning program and about reproductive and sexual health.
· Assists with and/or facilitates staff trainings as appropriate.
· Attends committee meetings as appropriate for position/role and/or as directed by CMO.
· Keeps track of prenatal patients’ enrollment into prenatal care, date, location and type of delivery. Provides reports to leadership team as requested.
· Works closely with Case Managers to ensure the newborns are scheduled for an appointment with an Alivio provider.
· Reviews and analyzes birth statistics
· Works closely with CMO on ensuring appropriate data is collected for reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e. HRSA, Joint Commission, State of IL, etc).
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
This position requires compliance with all of Alivio’s written standards, including its Standards of Conduct, Joint Commission standards, all policies and procedures and Corporate Compliance requirements. Compliance will be considered as part of the regular performance evaluation.

Evolve Treatment is a behavioral health and substance abuse recovery program for teens and adolescents.
The Program Director is responsible for running and operating all aspects of our program provided at our new outpatient program located in Elk Grove, CA! The Program Director will also provide supervision to a small and intimate clinical and support staff.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- May carry a caseload of 2-3 clients (as needed), including individual and family therapy
- Assess potential clients, determine and recommend the appropriate level of care
- Run weekly groups, including a weekly “Multi-family Group”
- Lead team collaboration for building group curriculum
- Develop and recommend program goals and objectives; lead team in the design and implementation of appropriate plans to meet agreed-upon goals
- Conduct regular meetings with program staff to provide advice and guidance in resolving complex case problems
- Periodically review client treatment plans with subordinate managers to promote optimal quality and continuity of care
- Implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve problems to promote continuous improvement in the delivery of treatment
- Monitor all program documentation of treatment plans and clinical notes for Utilization Review
- Randomly audit client documentation to confirm record-keeping system complies with all governmental regulations and standards
- Supervise maintenance of electronic medical records in compliance with licensing regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards
- Research, plan, secure approval of, and implement new or enhanced program services
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and retain program staff by overseeing training and development
- Identify staff development needs and support appropriate training

Position Summary
The Dialysis Nurse Manager provides oversight and direction to all direct care staff that provide dialysis and nursing care in the Dialysis Unit at the Cherry County Hospital and Clinic. The Nurse Manager assumes the responsibility of day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit, coordinating the required resources for optimal patient care delivery. While on site, the Nurse Manager problem solves and expedites communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination of Patient Care
- Provides for patient care requirements by coordinating and directing the operations of the patient care in the dialysis unit
- Provides guidelines for measuring the quality of patient care, based on accepted standards of nursing practice
- Assures delivery of patient care consistent with private, state, and federal regulations
- Ensures appropriate numbers of component staff are available to meet patient care needs
- Ensures patient care assignments are based on patient needs and staff competency
- Assures nursing staff participates in the development of the individual patient care plan and teaching program for dialysis patients
- Assures care/services provided meet cultural and age-related needs of the patient population served
- Provides direction in the application of the nursing process, maintaining clinical expertise in the assessment and care of the patient with renal failure
- Serves as a patient advocate
- Communicates with other health care team members and departments to meet patient care needs
- Demonstrates ability to perform all of the staff nurse essential functions when providing direct patient care per unit requirements
- Monitors adherence to policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure safety of patients and staff
- Assures current written policies and procedures are available to assist the nursing staff and encourages participation of the staff in the formulation of policies and procedures when indicated
- Implements standards of nursing care, review and revises standards as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Facilitates timely admissions, transfers and discharges
- Keeps management informed of patient care and staff issues

Administrative/Regulatory Requirements
- Maintains working knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations and policies affecting the unit and assures staff compliance with these
- Assists in preparation for and participates in surveys and certifications
- Recognizes, takes action and reports deficiencies in a timely manner
- Assists in writing, reviewing and updating patient care policies and procedures specific to the unit
- Reviews selected documentation for compliance with required private, state and federal rules and regulations
- Maintains and submits required documentation/reports for the ESRD Network, administration and governing body as required
- Maintains ongoing liaison among the governing body, administration, medical and nursing personnel, and other professional staff through meetings and periodic reports
- Participates in the development, negotiation and implementation of agreements or contracts into which the Dialysis Unit may enter into, as directed by management
- Ensures the development and implementation of an accounting and reporting system, including the annual development of a budgetary program, maintenance of fiscal records and submission of fiscal records and quarterly reports to the governing body
- Coordinates multidisciplinary facets of renal care
Staff Performance and Development
- Monitors performance of unit staff through data collection, identifying learning needs, educating, role modeling, and evaluation to ensure maintenance and enhancement of clinical expertise
- Problem solves and makes decisions within areas of accountability by using a well defines approach to ensure effective and efficient patient care
- Assures clear, concise and current written policies and procedures are available to assist the nursing staff and support positive patient outcomes
- Assures all new personnel successfully complete the required orientation program
