Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead the operations of respite facilities serving underserved communities in Los Angeles. This position offers the opportunity to oversee high-quality patient care, mentor healthcare staff, and collaborate with community organizations to improve health outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about community health, operational excellence, and fostering a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, enjoy your weekends off!
- Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of respite facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with community health organizations and stakeholders to enhance access and outcomes
- Monitor patient care services and implement improvements when necessary
- Oversee budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize facility operations
- Ensure delivery of compassionate, culturally competent care to all patients
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health awareness
- Collect, analyze, and report on facility performance and patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- California Nurse Practitioner license with MSN
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 2 years in management
- Background in community or public health and experience serving underserved populations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with healthcare management systems and software
