The Role:

The Project Executive provides overall leadership and direction on the construction project. Typically, the Project Executive is responsible for negotiating the Owner contract, is the main contact for the Project Manager for issues concerning budget, billing and client satisfaction, and ensures the fiscal success of the project.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in business judgment and all financial and profitability aspects of projects under your jurisdiction Participate extensively in and the work acquisition process, working to define and develop project budgets and schedules that will achieve profitability objectives taking into account project-specific challenges
  • Set appropriate milestones and assign staff qualified to handle the scope and complexity of the project
  • Work closely with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to develop relationships that exceeds the client satisfaction to Suffolk’s demanding standards

  • Oversight of projects at a high level from beginning to end including budget, costs, unexpected events, general performance, and overall progress against plan
  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers and Superintendents from Preconstruction when work commences in the field
  • Mentor, train, and coach staff to perform to or exceed Suffolk standards

  • Review and approve the pre-mobilization activities
  • Ensure Turnover meeting occurs between Preconstruction and Operation teams
  • Be the pre-construction lead as requested, working closely with the pre-construction, and estimating teams to develop project specific budgets, schedules, and logistics plans

Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is a key member of our Domestic Sales team and is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple channels, including Pilates and yoga studios, specialty retail, run and dancewear shops, spas, health clubs, department stores, and e‑commerce partners.


This role supports and collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and independently manages accounts across the Tri‑State and New England territory. Responsibilities include strategic account growth, forecasting, prospecting, reporting, territory management, trade show support, and ensuring seamless order execution.


This position is best suited for someone who is highly autonomous, organized, customer‑focused, and confident navigating both structured processes and fast‑changing priorities.


Sales + Account Growth

  • Support the RSM and Sales Representatives to meet revenue goals in the assigned territory

We are seeking a Meetings & Events Manager to join our award-winning team. The Meetings & Events Manager is responsible for the management of group business after booking by the Sales department; generally, for groups with more than twenty-one (21) sleeping rooms. They will also respond to telephone and online requests for bookings and service of social events and weddings.   6. Creates, writes, proofs, and distributes banquet contracts, banquet event and change orders, room diagrams, and conference resumes. Processes accurate and timely information throughout the hotel as it pertains to their market accounts, performance results and future business. Ensures all on a need-to-know basis are appropriately informed in a timely manner. Completes all reports in a timely and conscientious manner as required or upon request.
  7. Ensures Banquets billing information is relayed to Accounts Receivable in a manner that is both accurate and timely. Gives direction to the Banquet Captains to ensure the efficiencies of their respective positions are met as it relates to meeting and exceeding service expectations.
  8. Responsible to check banquet room set-ups against banquet event order specifications. Acts as the client liaison with the banquets operational team to ensure functions run smoothly and according to the client’s expectations.   • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Previous similar position in a luxury, Forbes-rated hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
  • A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.
  • Experience running shifts, scheduling, performance management, problem-solving, guest servicing and running day-to-day operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Forbes or AAA Five Diamond service standards preferred.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
  • Must have an unexpired and valid driver's license with no recent violations.
  • For insurance purposes, candidates must be over 21 years of age.
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera or similar) and guest feedback platforms (e.g., Medallia or comparable systems).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq.
