We’re hiring a B2B SaaS Account Executive to drive growth for our AI-powered solutions used by growing and enterprise businesses.


As an Account Executive at Commercient, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our AI automation and chatbot solutions, from prospecting and demos to closing complex B2B SaaS deals. You’ll work directly with customers to understand real business problems and translate cutting-edge AI—LLMs, intelligent automation, and ERP–CRM integrations—into practical, high-impact outcomes. This is a SaaS sales role for someone excited to sell sophisticated AI technology, engage senior stakeholders, and help shape the next generation of AI-driven sales motions.


At Commercient, you’ll own the full sales cycle, working directly with decision-makers to understand business challenges and position high-impact solutions that combine ERP, CRM, and AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines driving our growth:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals for our AI technology solution such as our chatbot
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Represent Commercient at meetings, demos, and events across the US
  • Gather insights from the market to help shape our product and sales strategy
  • Hit and exceed sales targets while growing your career in a fast-moving company
  • Travel to several conferences per year in the US


Who You Are

  • Sales hunter with a passion for building relationships and closing deals

  • Comfortable meeting clients and thriving in a dynamic, less-structured environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields (optional if you have killer sales results!)
  • 3-7 years of experience in SaaS or AI solution sales (ERP, CRM, or automation experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ERP ecosystems
  • Understanding of AI chatbots, RAG systems, or natural language interfaces (bonus if you can explain GPT, embeddings, or vector databases in plain English)
  • Consultative, high-EQ selling style with technical curiosity
  • Comfortable engaging at C-level and VP-level
  • Self-starter with strong pipeline discipline and storytelling ability
  • Excited about shaping a next-generation AI sales motion
  • Experience with any Chatbot or LLM tech stack: Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, Open AI, Liveperson, Drift chat, Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Agentforce, HubSpot AI, Support desk or Helpdesk AI assistants, Slack AI assistants, etc.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
  • Applicants must have near-native English proficiency. A short written and verbal English evaluation will be part of the selection process.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive base starting at $55k (based on experience) + commission — uncapped, performance-driven commissions per annual On Target Earnings (OTE)

Position Overview:

The Synchronization Coordinator is responsible for managing placement of our artists’ and songwriters’ music in various visual media productions. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with music supervisors, film and television studio music departments, advertising agencies, gaming companies and other industry professionals to secure sync placement opportunities for our catalog. You will liaise with our rights management team helping ensure that our artists' and songwriters’ music is properly represented and monetized in synchronization placements.


This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica, CA office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue synchronization opportunities for our catalog of music in films, television shows, commercials, video games, and other visual media productions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with music supervisors, film and television producers, advertising agencies, and other industry professionals to secure placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate the clearance process for music placements, including obtaining necessary permissions and rights clearances.
  • Work closely with artists, songwriters, and internal teams to select appropriate music for synchronization opportunities and ensure that their creative vision is represented.
  • Responsible for tracking all requests and quotes and report on synchronization placements, royalties, and revenue generated from licensing deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and changes in copyright law related to synchronization licensing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to leverage synchronization placements for promotional purposes and enhance the visibility of our artists and catalog.

Qualifications:

Salary Range


The salary range for this job is $60,000 to $70,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.

General purpose: Responsible for guiding and managing the Infrastructure (Asphalt and Pavement applications) R&D portfolio from initial ideation through full commercialization. Within the Infrastructure projects and platform, this role ensures the efficient deployment of technical resources across North America, with strategic resourcing aligned to both Global Platform teams and North American Business teams. Focused on driving new product and market growth, as well as defending existing market positions, the portfolio’s outcomes directly influence North America’s sales, earnings, and operating margins.

ACTIVITIES

  • Work with the BU leaders and the R&D Director on project selection and prioritization.
  • Work closely with the BU leadership to drive the technical programs through the different phases of commercialization.
  • Makes use of Portfolio management and Stage Gate to successfully drive programs to commercialization.
  • Contributes to the global innovation strategy and portfolio of programs; Leads the North American portfolio for Infrastructure.
  • Ensures that the NA Innovation and New Product Development programs are properly organized, resourced and in-sync with the global programs.
  • Develop IP portfolio in Infrastructure and makes recommendations concerning NA portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Propose new R&D projects to the R&D Director and the NA leadership team,
  • Outline resources and capital expenditures required to ensure a pipeline to develop and enhance the portfolio.
  • Ensure technical and scientific competencies are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop product roadmaps and multigenerational product plans to meet business objectives
  • Communicate to management: Progress on development projects, significant technical or market findings which may offer new business opportunities.
  • Communicate on technical papers at conferences and manage webinars and customer road shows.
  • Support business strategies and initiatives at key customers by building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work with the sales force to coordinate and participate in field trials with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Ph.D. or advanced degree preferred in Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical/Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in specialty chemicals/Asphalt and/or Pavement chemicals
  • Demonstrated innovation track record
  • Demonstrated technical and managerial excellence which delivers significant commercial impact in a globalized business
