Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our EVERSANA/Precigen Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of selling in the specialty medicine/rare disease setting and a minimum of 5 years of experience with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Academic Medical Centers, buy and bill products, P&T committees, and 340B institutions. In addition, understanding of the hospital formulary/decision making process is essential. This position requires effective communication, relationship-building, and networking skills. A strategic and analytical approach to the business is necessary to effectively promote and sell our products in the hospital setting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Deliver against a sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and formulary committees.
  • Utilize knowledge of IDNs and Academic Medical Centers to navigate the complex healthcare landscape and maximize product access.
  • Assist HCP champions and health system leaders in operationalizing a paradigm shifting treatment for RRP patients within their healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, market access and medical affairs, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market trends to provide accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Assist hospitals in the onboarding and formulary approval process by providing necessary documentation, clinical data, and value propositions to secure product inclusion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights to support product development and commercialization efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using appropriate CRM tools.
  • Develop local, regional and national KOLs in assigned territory.
  • Build comprehensive account plans for top targeted IDN’s that will serve to drive strategic focus.
  • Ability to travel – up to 40% of the time.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field
  • Experience and/or Training:
    • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital and large IDN selling environment.
    • Strong understanding of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval process.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Licenses/Certificates: Valid driver’s license clear of violations meeting our MVR criteria.
  • Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of oncology treatments, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in oncology, and cell and gene therapy are preferred.
  • Experience in ENT/Otolaryngology experience preferred.
  • Understanding of ultra-cold chain distribution is preferred.

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II, has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner. Job Responsibilities


  • Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually.
  • Effectively uses assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives. Customizes discussions and client interactions based on customer’s needs in a compliant and ethical manner
  • Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely shares such information with relevant internal Intra-Cellular stakeholders.
  • Provides input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region. Identifies and selects programs/resources available and appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
  • Works with Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
  • Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
  • Effectively inform and build a business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.

Job Requirements


  • 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred.
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Job Description

We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.

The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client’s oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.

Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
  • Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.

About the role

JIA JIA is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support and expand the brand’s wholesale and specialty retail partnerships. This role will focus on managing key luxury accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth across domestic and international markets.

Working closely with Founder & Creative Director Jia-Jia Zhu, this individual will play an important role in driving sales, strengthening retailer relationships, and representing the brand across markets, trade shows, and client events.

This position is based in Los Angeles and requires travel for markets, trade shows, and client development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key wholesale accounts including Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Net-a-Porter, Shopbop, and leading specialty retailers.
  • Identify and develop new domestic and international retail partnerships aligned with JIA JIA’s luxury positioning.
  • Partner with retail buyers on assortment planning, merchandising, and seasonal sell-through strategy.
  • Oversee account performance, order management, and sales forecasting.

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university required - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience with at least 1 year in oncology experience with an understanding of the integrated oncology network.
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
  • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
  • Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% as needed to cover territory- up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Ability to complete a clinical product sell
  • Established Relationships: A proven track record in territory.
  • Technology/Equipment: Strong knowledge of VEEVA systems.
