SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive communications plan supporting Collaboration initiative, including Webex Suite, collaboration devices, and customer experience.
- Drive executive messaging around product innovation, AI-powered capabilities, and key business milestones.
- Create and manage content for executive briefings, internal communications, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with PR, analyst relations, and internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Track communication deliverables and ensure timely execution aligned with business goals.
- Prepare executive briefing materials for leadership meetings and external engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather updates, success stories, and business impact insights to enhance storytelling.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7-10+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or program management.
- Strong experience supporting senior executives with messaging, presentations, and communication strategy.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or collaboration products (e.g., video conferencing, enterprise tools).
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

Pay Rate- $35/hr W2
Contract Term: 12 months with possible extension.

Job Purpose –
The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for the intake of creative projects from internal marketing communication clients, thoughtfully and positively analyzing the project need, managing the project through the creative team workflow, and making sure deadlines, budget, and project expectations are met.
A Day in the Life
Project Management (60%):
· Oversee the development of design projects, brochures, ads, presentations, AEM web pages, Eloqua emails, and social media, while ensuring quality is maintained and that corporate identity is reflected properly.
· Maintain a smooth workflow through design, proofreading, and art direction by providing complete project requirements and communicating job tasks clearly.
· Provide work estimates, determine schedules, and provide direction to internal and external resources for job completion. Ensure the project is meeting deadlines and budget commitments.
· Identify and define the roles and responsibilities of the client and CV Creative & Digital COE to qualify the expectations of the client and ensure customer satisfaction for all projects.
· Meet with internal clients and designers to determine project goals, then act as a liaison between the client and the creative team to determine the best way to achieve the client’s requirements in the most cost-effective, expeditious manner.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Collaboration (30%):
· Develop relationships across the organization and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment; use relationships to align others around goals.

Required Knowledge & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or a related area of study
· 2+ years of experience working in a project management role, advertising agency or an internal creative department.

The Operational Intelligence Center (OIC) is a sophisticated command center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to retail centers across North America. As an OIC Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service through telephone interactions with customers and tenants, supporting security operations via radio communications, and monitoring video surveillance systems. This role requires outstanding computer skills, the ability to master multiple applications, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone and radio calls.
- Communicate effectively with callers to gather complete information and determine the appropriate level of service, including dispatching police, fire, medical, security, or property management.
- Collaborate with on-site security personnel to resolve incidents.
- Provide pre-arrival emergency or medical instructions to law enforcement or fire personnel.
- Escalate and coordinate incidents with the OIC Supervisor.
- Interpret site maps, and computer-aided design maps.
- Familiarize yourself with the layout and current threats and challenges of multiple retail centers.
- Maintain confidentiality of policies, procedures, emergency response information, and administrative materials.
- Master several computer applications for data logging, information navigation, and customer support.
- Understand and follow emergency and evacuation procedures for assigned retail centers.
- Identify and respond effectively to suspicious criminal activity.
- Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and programs, ensuring all equipment functions properly.
- Support record management and data collection efforts, including video documentation and investigation assistance.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a public or private safety organization or dispatching and or call center/customer service experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a video surveillance environment or equivalent training/experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in Criminal Justice.
- Emergency telecommunicator certificate- if you do not have your ETC, we provide the opportunity to earn your certificate.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Capable of performing regular equipment checks and reporting failures.
