Real Estate Attorney

A growing national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (4–8 years) to join its Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial leasing and real estate transactions while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys.

Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements
• Provide guidance on real estate transactions and property matters
• Support business unit needs with attention to detail and responsiveness
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate law
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in home jurisdiction or eligibility for admission
