We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Consulting Lead to drive our joint go-to-market efforts across these two distinct partner ecosystems.

** Build deep relationships with Kyndryl and Gradial regional leadership, consult and sales teams, and account leadership, aligning on joint client strategies and pipeline development for each respective partnership.
* **Internal Orchestration & GTM (25%):

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong exposure to the Industrial or Communications sectors.

Deep expertise with major cloud platforms and their data/analytics stacks, including implementation experience with:

Job Summary:

The Resource Surgical Technologist functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. He/she has advanced knowledge, skill and ability to perform duties within the context of at least three surgical specialties including moderate to high acuity cases (with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require) as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment and instrumentation of the case and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team. Exhibits a high-level ability to acquire additional surgical skills for progressively more difficult cases and functions as an expert technical resource. Demonstrates an efficient, organized surgical plan for assigned cases. Takes initiative to discuss surgical plan with other members of the healthcare team. Able to troubleshoot instruments and equipment. Anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Acts as a liaison with sterile processing department. Expert level clinical skill, knowledge, and disposition to mentor, precept or train in various modalities. Initiates performance improvement initiatives in conjunction with unit leadership. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of the operative suite and surgical field to ensure a safe patient care environment while being vigilant for the maintenance of the sterile field and other patient safety concerns. DEFINITION:
Certified Surgical Technologist required to have a certificate or associate's degree from a community college or a technical school and have passed the a competency examination through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or National Center for Competency Testing

He/she has the knowledge, skill and ability of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team within moderate to high difficulty surgical cases as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment, and instrumentation of the case
* Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure which includes review and utilization of appropriate preference card.
* Assists with room set-up to include opening of sterile supplies.
* Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medication/solutions needed for procedure in an accurate, aseptically prioritized, and timely manner, including reviewing and utilizing appropriate preference cards.
* Performs appropriate surgical counts with circulator.
* Actively participates in the procedure pause/time-out.
* Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; Gowns and gloves surgeon and assistants.
* Assists in draping sterile field.
* Passes instruments to surgeon during the procedure. Maintains an organized back table and operative field. Able to anticipate and offer surgeon suggestions throughout the procedure for facilitating cases.

The Infection Preventionist is responsible for activities surrounding infection prevention and control with emphasis on
surveillance, investigation, data analysis/interpretation, consultation, and education. Through these activities, the
Infection Preventionist supports the Hospital Infection Prevention Program to improve patient outcomes in all clinical
areas as assigned by the director. This role serves as the Infection Prevention Officer.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Surveillance: Demonstrates clinical competency and expertise in epidemiology. Demonstrates
understanding of NHSN definitions of infections used for surveillance purposes. Participates in the
development of a plan for routine surveillance of assigned patient groups. Conducts ongoing infection
prevention and/or control interventions and implements as appropriate. Reviews and interprets infection
surveillance data on a regular basis. Identifies clusters/potential outbreaks early.
Investigation: Initiates preliminary case finding and risk factor evaluation for the early detection of potential
problems, collaborates in planning for, and participates in the conduction of epidemiologic investigations
identified. Reports confirmed exposures (patient and/or personnel) to the appropriate internal and/or
external individuals. Integrates evaluation of improvements into surveillance practice.
Consultation: Initiates and provides routine consultation relating to the implementation of established
infection prevention and control policies/procedures. Seeks internal and external consultation as needed to
increase expertise to ensure appropriate investigative/interventional measures are implemented. Advises
department manager, faculty, staff, and students regarding infection problems and recommended
prevention and control measures.
Education: Provides formal, problem-oriented educational programs as assigned. Provides informal

Administrative Activities: Collaborates on an ongoing basis with the department director and HEP Staff.
