The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a DEIB Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Avantor's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the DEIB team.

This role ensures smooth execution of DEIB programs and events, oversees the administration of ACT activities, manages key reporting requirements, and helps to further progress against strategic goals. The DEIB Coordinator will collaborate across functions, support program participants and volunteer leaders, and help create meaningful experiences that strengthen belonging across the organization.

Preference to have DEIB Coordinator onsite (hybrid) at one of our Avantor locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. ACT (Associate Centric Team) Support & Program Administration

  • Serve as a first point of contact for all ACT- related inquiries and support needs.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ACT leaders, ambassadors, and allies - including liaise with legal for contracts, manage swag request and tracking of quantities, oversee invoice procedure

  • Maintain and update ACT MDL lists, calendars, governance documentation, and meeting schedules.

  • Track and manage all ACT metrics, attendance, and engagement.

  • Deliver regular reporting to DEIB leadership (monthly) and ACTs (quarterly), highlighting progress, gaps, and opportunities.

2. DEIB Events, Learning Programs & Engagement Activities

  • Assist in planning, logistics, scheduling, and execution of DEIB events such as Monthly DEIB Discussions, DEIB Learning Labs, and other engagement activities.

  • Support the creation of DEIB content and meeting materials, including slide decks, briefs, communications, and related tools.

  • Track attendance and participation metrics for all DEIB events and prepare required reports.

3. DEIB Academy & Career Accelerator Program Support

  • Provide administrative support for DEIB career accelerator and learning programs including managing registration, communication flow, attendance, and follow-up reporting.

  • Maintain reporting on the Workday Reward section up to date.

  • Keep track of participant lists and progress dashboards.

4. Data, Metrics, Maintenance & Reporting

  • Support the analysis of DEIB program data and performance against strategic metrics.

  • Maintain high accuracy tracking systems and collaborate with HR and analytics partners as needed.

  • Maintain accuracy of the DEIB Culture Minutes, the DEIB Avantor Connect pages and relevant DEIB knowledge articles in the MyHR Library

5. Engagement Committee Coordination

  • Oversee the scheduling, promotion, preparation, and documentation for Engagement Committee meetings.

  • Lead the monthly meetings promoting ACTs activities and connecting sites to share opportunities to collaborate.

  • Ensure timely dissemination of agendas, materials, action items, and communication updates.

SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:


The Librarian for Access Services and Outreach will provide leadership for the Access Services division. This librarian will collaborate with colleagues to develop policies, procedures, and budget allocations for Access Services. They may also work closely with faculty and academic departments, accessing student needs and developing new classes to enable student success. As a member of the library leadership team, this librarian works collaboratively in assessing, developing, and managing key services of the Claire T. Carney Library. Often the first contact for a user or visitor, this librarian is an important ambassador for the library to the community.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution or equivalent
  • EXPERIENCE: Two years of professional experience (post MLS) in public services in an academic (higher education) or public library setting.

Key Responsibilities

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will play an active role in advancing the mission of the Implementation Science Research Lab and the Department of Population Health Sciences. Primary Purpose

The Global Project Manager (GPM) is critical to the successful conduct of Biopharmaceutical -sponsored clinical trials as a matrix leader of the core project team. The GPM is responsible for the successful delivery of a Biopharmaceutical project(s). Qualifications

Job Summary

The Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia seeks applications to fill two Postdoctoral Fellow research positions in Finance. The selected candidate will closely collaborate with the finance area faculty at Scheller and can also be affiliated with Financial Services Innovation Lab and Quantitative and Computational Finance program at Georgia Tech.

The postdoc is expected to begin in January 2026, with start dates as late as August 1, 2026 also being considered. The initial appointment is for one year and may be renewed depending on mutual consent, satisfactory performance, and the availability of resources.

The selected candidates may also be able to get access to some proprietary datasets from the credit bureau as part of the research collaboration subject to appropriate approvals from the credit bureau and Georgia Tech.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Teaching one course at the undergraduate level per year.
  • Advance several research projects from conceptualization through publication.
  • Conduct research independently and in collaboration with faculty in the finance area at Scheller.
  • Prepare data summaries, reports, manuscripts, and presentations of research results.
  • Contribute to the outreach activities of the finance area, including conference organization and workshops.
  • Participate/assist in manuscript writing for publication in academic journals and/or presentation; assist in grant writing.
  • Perform related duties based on the finance area needs.

Job Summary

The College of Sciences (CoS) and the College of Engineering (CoE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the field of solar-terrestrial science and/or space weather. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, though there is a particular focus on the Assistant and Associate ranks. Areas of interest include but are not limited to the Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere, space weather forecasting and resilience. Applicants with research interests in any or all of sensors and observations from ground or satellite instruments, data analysis and data science, modeling and theoretical research, are all welcome to apply. The position will be supported by the National Science Foundation under the Faculty Development in geoSpace Science program. This unique faculty search is being pursued by a joint effort of two Colleges, enabling candidates across a broad range of backgrounds to apply. The departmental home of the hired candidate will be determined based on best fit and may be anywhere within CoS or CoE. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

Applicants conducting or proposing interdisciplinary work have a high potential for success in the position, in part due to the nature of this faculty search, and in part due to Georgia Tech's interdisciplinary culture. About the School of Biological Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology

Undergraduate degree programs include 4-year BS and 5-year BS/MS programs in Biology and Bioinformatics. Job Summary

The Spatial Ecology & Paleontology Lab at Georgia Tech would like to invite applicants for a postdoctoral position. We are seeking a new member of our research community to be jointly supervised by Jenny McGuire (Georgia Tech) This postdoctoral research associate would join a vibrant team of international researchers investigating global change ecology.

Start date as early as Summer 2026, but flexible.The position is for one year with the opportunity to extend for an additional year (currently two years of funding in total) and several options for further expansion on upcoming grant submissions.



Responsibilities

Depending on the Postdocs expertise and interests, tasks will include a combination of the following:

  1. Computational analysis to evaluate the climate tracking and climate fidelity of mammal and plant taxa.
  2. Mentorship and research facilitation of graduate students examining the effects of arid conditions various aspects of taxonomic variety of fossils from South Appalachians.
  3. Participation in a large international collaboration examining trait-environment relationships.
  4. Participation in research and collaborate with internal and external partners to assess how diverse adaptation strategies such as habitat connectivity, restoration, urban planning practices, and regional partnerships can mitigate biodiversity loss and promote resilience across Georgia and beyond


Required Qualifications

A PhD in Biology or other related field



Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have strong interpersonal, partnering with computer scientists to collate, process, and analyze large datasets to assess ecosystem resilience and strategies to bolster ongoing biodiversity conservation practices.

  • Must have a PhD, preferably in Biology.
  • Must have Experience in varies Ecosystem.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Summary

The School of Psychology ( /) at the Georgia Institute of Technology ( ) in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the broad area of Applied Psychological Science. Applicants will be considered at all ranks. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

We are interested in candidates whose research can complement and extend applied psychological science (i.e., I-O and Engineering Psychology). Therefore, we not only welcome applicants conducting traditional research (e.g., well-being, leadership, training, user interfaces and user experience, ergonomics, human-system integration) and emerging research (e.g., AI-based selection, human-AI-robot teaming) in these fields, but we also encourage applications from those working at the intersection of related fields (e.g., affective computing, labor economics, mobility and transportation, workspace design, assistive technology, public policy). Our goal is to attract innovative scholars who can contribute to and expand the distinct research landscape at Georgia Tech.

Required Qualifications

The position requires a PhD in psychology (e.g., Industrial-Organizational, Engineering Psychology, Human Factors) or a related field (e.g., Organizational Science, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Behavioral/Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology of Work, Labor Economics, Social and Decision Sciences, or another applied field).



Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a strong record of academic accomplishments commensurate with current academic rank.
  • Show a demonstrated ability or potential to secure external research funding.
  • Possess the knowledge, skills, ability, and motivation to build interdisciplinary collaborations within and beyond the Institute.
