This is a high-impact, client-facing role that spans the full engagement lifecycle — from structured cloud readiness assessments and gap analysis through hands-on architecture design and implementation delivery.

The successful candidate will lead our Azure infrastructure engagements across multiple client accounts, beginning with a structured cloud readiness assessment and transitioning into ongoing architecture and delivery responsibilities as the practice grows. This role requires equal comfort operating as a trusted advisor, assessment lead, and delivery architect — adapting to the engagement phase and client context.

Responsibilities

1. Cloud Readiness Assessment & Advisory

Lead structured, evidence-based Azure cloud assessments aligned to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Security-first SDLC principles:

Conduct current-state Azure tenant reviews across all platform domains: tenant topology, management group hierarchy, subscription structure, RBAC model, and policy framework.

Assess identity and access configurations including Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access policies, and GitHub/Azure DevOps RBAC.

In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.

Description of responsibilities:

In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. The position requires a strong level of direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with the implementation team, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience.

• Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Review and validate system requirements developed by project team members to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs.
• Partner with the System Architect and key stakeholders during the system specification phase on larger projects, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of requirements.
• Drive the functional specification phase by facilitating client meetings, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment among all parties.
• Support the creation of functional specifications by collaborating with project team members to confirm that documentation accurately reflects project needs and solution design.
• Track and monitor project progress during implementation, proactively addressing risks, issues, or scope of changes as they arise.
• Coordinate closely with the Director of Project Delivery regarding task assignment, resource planning, and financial reporting, ensuring continuity and effective project oversight.
• Support project governance through regular communication, structured reporting, and timely escalation when needed.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within software, SaaS, or enterprise systems related to supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing tasks, and reporting on project status.
• Strong foundational technical skills with an understanding of software systems, integrations, and development processes.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Agile Methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Windows, IIS, and SQL Server is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating responsiveness, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on developing clear, task-oriented solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience

Qualifications Expected for Position

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldor equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Advanced certifications or coursework in cloud platforms, data engineering, or AI/ML preferred.
• 3+years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, automation engineering, or applied AI roles.
• 1+ year demonstrated ability to design, build, and deployAI-poweredagents, workflows, or conversational applications.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
