Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects within the Payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) domain. This role will focus on managing system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing initiatives across payroll platforms, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple payroll-related projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget
• Partner with payroll, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into project plans
• Oversee projects involving HCM systems and PHP-based applications
• Coordinate system integrations and data flows between payroll, HR, and finance platforms
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate vendor and cross-functional team collaboration
• Ensure projects align with payroll compliance, security, and operational standards

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting payroll and/or HR technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience with HCM systems
• Working knowledge of PHP-based applications or projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Education

TITLE: Project Manager, Construction II

POSITION SUMMMARY:

As Project Manager, Construction II you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving success of multiple facets of data center projects. The position covers all aspects of construction. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas:

• Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for proposal estimating activities which require a moderate degree of technical skill and experience.

• Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the cost and forecast reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management, or related degree.
• 0-3 years of Project Cost experience.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices is required.
• Working knowledge of applicable computer software such as PMWeb or similar project portfolio management software, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related software programs.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. This includes the development of comprehensive MEP scope documents, the creation of MEP bid packages in the early stages of project planning, and leading subcontractor negotiations. This role will also involve providing leadership and guidance to both the design team and clients, ensuring effective document reviews, and addressing scope modifications during the construction phase. You'll serve as the key liaison between the original scope and any field adjustments that arise. Additionally, the MEP Project Manager will supervise and coordinate the efforts of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and elevator subcontractors on-site, ensuring the successful, on-time, and on-budget completion of projects. This includes ensuring that construction work aligns with the project drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards of quality, contract compliance, change management, and scheduling.

The Specifics of the Role

• Plans, and specification analysis, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Manage the MEP submittals.
• Oversee the logging and posting of all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Oversee the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
• Oversee quality control process of the installation of MEP work.
• Work with Project management team to direct, monitor and oversee the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
• Liaison with consultant MEP engineers, inspectors, and relevant staff.
• Ensure that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation and records.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to project safety regulations.
• Assist with project planning – hosting coordination meetings, writing work scopes, getting quotes, scheduling work.
• Train and mentor junior members. Encourage training and development through performance management with a focus on retention.
• Provide technical input related to contract drawings and documents.
• Contribute to weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6-10 years of experience in the managing MEP projects/scope.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to manage multiple trades and personalities.
• Working knowledge of architectural, structural, civil documents to understand how the mechanical/electrical systems are integrated into the building.
• Good understanding of Specifications Divisions and navigation within for coordinating responsibilities, various testing and documentation requirements of the project.
• Understanding of Codes for Building, Plumbing, NFPA (fire, electrical, etc.), Mechanical, and Life Safety systems.
• Strong working knowledge with computers, laptops, iPad type instruments, Microsoft Office Suite, various construction industry applications.

Life Sciences DeltaV Practice Leader

Role Overview

This role is responsible for building and scaling an organic Life Sciences DeltaV automation practice. The position is designed for a senior leader who can establish a new capability from the ground up, starting with initial talent acquisition and growing into a high‑performing team and standalone "mini business."

The successful candidate will lead technical delivery, shape best practices, support client growth, and take ownership of developing a sustainable DeltaV life sciences offering within a broader engineering and technology organization.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role that combines deep technical expertise, people leadership, and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Team Development

• Build and scale an organic Life Sciences DeltaV capability, starting with initial hires and expanding into a dedicated delivery team.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop DeltaV and automation engineers, setting standards for quality, delivery, and utilization.
• Establish scalable delivery models, including reusable libraries, templates, and methodologies to accelerate team productivity.
• Serve as the senior technical authority for DeltaV‑based life sciences automation work.

Technical & Delivery Leadership

• Lead complex life sciences automation projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and major DeltaV upgrade initiatives.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in DeltaV batch automation and S88 concepts (recipes, phases, unit operations, equipment modules).
• Oversee the full automation lifecycle: URS, FDS/DS, configuration, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and support through IQ/OQ/PQ.

Required Experience & Background

Core Experience

• 10-15+ years of experience in life sciences manufacturing environments, including biologics, sterile/aseptic, vaccines, or high‑potency facilities, with a strong GMP track record.
• 8-10+ years of hands‑on Emerson DeltaV experience in pharma or biotech, with progression from engineer to technical lead or manager.
• Recent experience delivering complex DeltaV projects (greenfield, brownfield, or major upgrades).

Leadership & Prior Roles

• Previous roles may include DeltaV Lead, Automation Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director within a pharma site, CDMO, or life‑sciences‑focused system integrator.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and external vendors, including performance management and development.
• Proven ability to hire and build high‑quality automation teams and define what "good" looks like for billable DeltaV engineers.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of batch automation and S88 architecture applied to biologics and aseptic manufacturing.
• Experience across the full validation lifecycle, including IQ, OQ, and PQ support.
• Familiarity with the broader automation ecosystem supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
