Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth of pharmaceutical rebate and drug cost management solutions across pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), health plans, and other payer stakeholders.
This individual will combine deep rebate domain knowledge, payer-facing sales experience, and operational fluency to engage sophisticated buyers and support complex, data-driven sales cycles.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include: Sales & Business Development Lead sales efforts for rebate and drug cost management services targeting PBMs, health plans, and payer-adjacent organizations (e.g., TPAs, integrated delivery networks, specialty managers) Develop and manage a robust pipeline, from initial outreach through contract execution Navigate multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes with executive, clinical, pharmacy, and finance audiences Position solutions that address manufacturer rebate optimization, net cost transparency, drug cost containment strategies, and regulatory and market-driven rebate pressures Rebate & Market Expertise Demonstrate internally and externally a strong working knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates (commercial and government), rebate contracting structures, rebate aggregation and allocation, and gross-to-net dynamics Speak fluently about how rebates flow operationally including data capture and eligibility, validation, and reporting and reconciliation Client Engagement & Solutioning Partner with internal teams (analytics, operations, product) to tailor solutions to client needs Translate complex rebate and drug-cost data into clear, compelling value propositions Support client presentations, lead and own RFP responses, and strategic discussions Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on rebate strategy and market dynamics Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 5 to 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Selling rebate solutions, PBM sales or consulting, health plan pharmacy or rebate strategy, drug cost management, pricing, or analytics Relationships with regional and national consulting firms that advise target segment customers and routinely run RFPs and market checks on behalf of PBMs and health plans that outsource rebates and drug cost management services Experience leading and managing individuals Direct experience selling into PBMs and/or health plans Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level discussions Solid analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret and explain data-driven insights Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required.

Primary Purpose
This role works as part of the Essex Modern Technology & Engineering (MT&E) team and will be focused on owning and driving the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at the company. This is a senior Staff-level role with operational and strategic deliverables across client-facing projects and internal company initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing user interfaces, design system(s), and providing design strategy/leadership to support life science research in the public and/or private industry. This role will work on client project deliverables as well as in-house Essex deliverables to grow the overall Essex Human-Centered Design (HCD) capability. Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at
- Lead the development of design solutions that solve complex and challenging UI/UX problems.
- Meet with engineering team leads, and business and product owners to kick-off the design process at project inception.
- Design clean, accessible, and modern UIs that adhere to the unified principles of a
design system. - Develop documentation, including design process working practices, design system guides, and knowledge presentations.
- Provide UI/UX design leadership and advocacy across multiple concurrent projects-both customer-facing and internal. Establish and guide the overall design vision, user-experience strategy, and brand direction for each initiative.
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional team environment to deliver UI mocks and wireframes tied to features across all tiers in a CI/CD Agile environment.
- Leverage any combination of UX research techniques (e.g., card sorting, story maps) to achieve the desired design deliverable goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, when necessary, to complete cross-project initiatives (e.g., accessibility compliance, design system updates).
- Mentor members of the design team to provide career path guidance.
- Interview UI/UX design candidate(s) and provide evaluation/recommendation to the
hiring manager. - Take ownership of the design interview and evaluation process. Define and improve the process based on industry conventions and evolving trends.
- Own and drive in-house design projects that are used to improve the company's Human Centered Design (HCD) capabilities.
- Contribute to the company's business development activity (e.g., providing design and branding content, and reviewing proposal responses.
- Conduct Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) reviews across multiple projects and BD initiatives.
- Work effectively with teams outside of engineering across the Essex organization on key company and/or UI/UX branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- A deep understanding of design techniques and principles involved in the production of conceptual prototypes and wireframes.
- Subject matter expertise in accessibility, accessibility tools, VPAT reviews, application interaction design, and design systems and frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, USWDS).
- Experience providing design and accessibility deliverables on multiple projects
running concurrently. - Comprehensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Excellent understanding of and experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate concepts and recommendations confidently to a variety of audiences.
- Thorough, methodical, and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.

The Company is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Order Administration Supervisor who is looking for a challenging and diverse role in a small but fast-growing business environment. Full-time position with work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and located onsite at our U.S. headquarters in Richardson, TX.
Customer Onboarding / Sales Order Administration
- Supervise Customer Success Representatives responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of all new and existing customers.
- Serves as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding experience. Ensure orders are reviewed, validated, and processed within defined SLA timeframes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure internal staff are clearly communicating to customers the onboarding process, timelines, and next steps after placing an order ensuring that they have access to all required systems, documentation, and support resources.
- Coordinate closely with Service, Production, and Operations to confirm site details, order requirements, deployment readiness, and scheduling.
- Ensure staff members communicate order updates and/or changes to both internal teams and customers in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure customers are followed up the next day following installation.
- Ensure accurate records, reporting, and visibility into onboarding status, account activity, and SLA performance within the ticketing system.
- Identify and resolve onboarding issues that could impact deployment timelines or customer satisfaction and serve as point of escalation as required.
- Monitor customer feedback and onboarding metrics, using data to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Implement and refine customer success tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ongoing Customer Support
- Ensure that internal staff respond to all incoming calls and emails from customers and timely assistance is provided on their WCCTV surveillance equipment.
- Monitor ticket queue ensuring internal staff are initiating action on all tickets, monitor closure and ensures compliance for ticket resolution and response times meet established SLAs.
- Evaluate common areas/topics where customer questions arise and identify additional support and/or refresher training as needed.
- Analyze customer inquiry data to identify trends and insights, driving improvements in customer support processes and strategies.
- Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas & challenges. Advocates for customer needs internally, influencing product development and service offerings.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Effectively train, manage, and develop staff ensuring successful delivery of the customer success function, including agreed KPI’s.
- Responsible for the hiring, discipline and training of assigned staff in conjunction with Department Manager.
- Review time off requests and ensure adequate staff levels are in place at all times.
- Monitors staff performance ensuring all customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Establish KPIs for staff, evaluate performance against KPIs and job responsibilities and conduct quarterly performance reviews. Takes remedial action as required if an individual’s performance does not meet the required standards.
- Conducts regular team meetings and 1-2-1s with direct report lines.
- Identify & implement improvements within the team to ensure efficiencies within all processes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business, Management or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of four to six years of customer call center or customer facing help desk experience supporting technology related products required. Previous customer onboarding experience preferred.
- Two to three years of previous supervisory experience within a help desk, call center or related operation required.
- Previous experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production advocating for customers.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing customer success strategies.
- A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Effective computer skills to include Microsoft Office, service ticketing systems, knowledge base, ERP and related computer software required. Experience with Zoho preferred.
- Experience developing, tracking and evaluating customer success performance metrics.
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and focus on delivering high quality results leading to improved customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Strong time management, organization and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and internal teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $63,000 per year depending upon experience.
- 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + seven (7) paid Company holidays.

About You:
