What you will do:
Supports referrals from providers in the ambulatory setting seeking biopsychosocial and behavioral health services for their patients.
Identify, assess and management of mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.
Case management/care coordination, particularly for individuals with chronic and/or complex medical conditions.
Patient navigation, especially for patients moving among different health care levels (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, home health, or long-term care)
parenting classes, domestic violence support programs) for individual
and groups; assistance with entitlements, medications, transportation,
and advance directives.
Assessment and intervention in domestic violence and child abuse situations.

What you will need:
Master’s degree in social work and LCSW in IL required.
Minimum of six (6) months of prior social work experience in a hospital setting.
Current certification by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Social Worker. (L.S.W.).
Familiar with Joint Commission standards.
Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $30.00 - $46.51per hour

Position Purpose:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors the registered nurse of the system transfer center should accurately listen and respond appropriately to requests made by transferring physicians, hospitals, and peers. To ensure patients are assigned rooms in an expedient manner, this position will utilize all critical resources within the organization to expedite this process. This position should give high priority to customer service and complete customer satisfaction. This position must ensure all paperwork and computer entry is checked for accuracy and continually enhances their knowledge regarding processes. This position will coordinate the successful transfer and placement of patients entering via the Transfer Center access. This position will effectively communicate with the surgery department, emergency department, nursing units, physician offices, bed schedulers, and outlying facilities to ensure appropriate placement of patients in a timely manner. This position must be able to adjust through a rapidly changing environment. This position will participate in personal and professional growth, development, and continuous improvement in all critical success factors of people, service, quality, financial, and growth. This position will be required to work weekends, holidays, and be on call as scheduled. Revenue Cycle Systems Charge Analyst
The Systems Charge Analyst supports Revenue Cycle operations by maintaining accurate and compliant billing systems to ensure revenue integrity. This role analyzes charging, coding, billing, and denial trends, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with Operations and IT to implement Epic system updates and process improvements.
The Analyst will identify opportunities to improve net revenue, assist with billing issue resolution, provide reimbursement analysis, and develop coverage guidelines to reduce claim denials. This role also reviews current practices, system interfaces, and account audits to support the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field required
- 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial analysis, or related experience
- Epic certifications (Resolute Hospital Billing, Charge Router, or Charge Master) preferred
- Coding or Compliance certification preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding guidelines preferred
- Experience with hospital Charge Master (CDM), billing, or coding
- Familiarity with managed care, reimbursement, and claim denial management
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills

The Role

The Effectors PG&C Center is currently hiring for a Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer position in Tucson, AZ to support execution of the portfolio of current and upcoming missile programs. As a Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer , you will play a critical role in helping with the evaluation, design, implementation, and integration of embedded software algorithms. You will collaborate with a team of engineers in an integrated product team that will be responsible for tactical embedded software, firmware, and integrated flight software 6 Degrees-of-Freedom simulations to achieve overall system performance requirements. This position is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Development, integration, and testing of embedded tactical missile flight code
Definition and execution of system level performance studies and analyses to inform the development and integration of new capabilities, refinement of existing capability, or to address obsolescence
Work within an agile framework to lead development of backlogs, plans, and metrics
Provide experience and guidance to help the program train new engineers and execute efficiently and effectively
Support missile performance analysis including model development, system optimization, and Monte Carlo assessments with expected system disturbances.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
GNC, Signal Processing, and/or Modeling / Simulation experience
Engineering experience in missile system applications to include at least one of the following:
Digital and/or modern control systems
Dynamics
Kalman filter design
Monte Carlo analysis
Development and/or simulation of physical systems
Signal processing
Verification and validation
System-level performance assessments
GPS/INS navigation systems, sensors, and algorithms
Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) systems, sensors, and algorithms for navigation in GPS-degraded environments
Experience with MATLAB, Python, C, C++, and/or Object-Oriented design
Experience with GNC and/or Signal Processing algorithms within a simulation or physical environment
Experience managing or leading others in a technical and/or functional capacity within an engineering environment
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Active and current Secret or above level Security Clearance
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree with 5 or more years of GNC, Signal Processing, and/or Modeling / Simulation experience

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
