The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a full-time RN (Monday to Friday) to work as part of our Hospice Home Care Team caring for patients and families residing in the Southwest Albany-primarily Delmar, Berne, Altamont, Selkirk, Voorheesville and sometimes Schenectady county areas.   This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams include Aides, medical directors with specialized expertise in end of life care, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers).

What you will do:

Work as part of our Hospice Homecare Team caring for families residing in the West Albany and Schenectady County region.

Under the direction of the health care provider, the Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and wellbeing of all patients. Accurately performs preliminary physical tests such as: measures blood pressure, records weight, temperature, pulse and respirations and other measures as directed by established clinical protocols.

What you’ll do:

• Perform general patient care by following established standards and procedures.

• Document patient plan(s) of care, tests and examination results in the medical record as directed by the provider.
• Escalate non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the practice manager or healthcare provider(s).
• Ensure safety checklists/quality controls are completed as required.
• Provide for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights.
• Perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, MA Lead or as requested by healthcare provider(s).

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current/valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required if applicable.
• Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid Medication Aide certification by state agency required if applicable. 
• May require specialized training such as Non-Certified Radiologic Technician (NCT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature development for a portfolio of market surveillance products. This portfolio includes a large set of existing surveillance patterns as well as machine learning and deep learning models, some of which are undergoing redesign.

This role requires a highly autonomous product leader who can manage multiple feature initiatives simultaneously while partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand regulatory needs, operational pain points, and opportunities for improvement. AI Innovation Architect

Location: Hybrid; Ashburn, VA; Springfield, VA; Washington, D.C.

InDev is seeking a senior strategic and technical AI Architect responsible for designing, building, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that support mission outcomes across the homeland security market. In this role you will bridge advanced AI capabilities - including machine learning, natural language processing, and data engineering - with operational requirements, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with the homeland security mission.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define overall system architecture, selecting and governing Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) and platform technologies, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and implementation of an agentic AI system to orchestrate user queries across enterprise data sources
• Partner closely with development, DevOps and data engineering teams to translate project requirements into an extensible AI architecture
• Create and promote AI strategies that align with business objectives
• Develop and coordinate POCs to test new technologies
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google) to drive innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizen; Active Top-Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust Clearance
• 8+ years of experience delivering AI solutions across federal agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
• Deep understanding of machine learning (ML), deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and neural networks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
• Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and computer vision models
• Ability to apply cloud and engineering expertise across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and AI services, such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or Gemini
• Experience with Python, agent frameworks, data engineering, APIs/microservices, vector databases, SQL engines, distributed systems, cloud services, RAG
• Experience developing and maintaining AI/ML roadmaps, performing Analysis of Alternatives, and making defensible technical tradeoff decisions
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to tailor and present information across multiple stakeholders

• Experience integrating AI solutions with SaaS/PaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience implementing virtual agents within SaaS/PaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Salesforce Agentforce, etc.)
