- Client: High-growth DTC Personal Care Brand
- Location: Remote or Hybrid if local to Phoenix area (travel ~20%)
- Compensation: $100k - 120k + bonus and equity
- Must Have: DTC/Consumer Brand exp driving product launches or drops.
Summary:
We’re partnering with a fast-growing DTC personal care brand looking to hire a Product & Launch Manager (Drops & Collaborations) to own product and drops end-to-end. This isn’t a traditional product role. It’s part product, part merchandising, part brand. You’ll take ideas from concept → sample → launch, while helping build a more creative, collaboration-driven drop engine. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to bring new products and merch drops to life!
What you’ll do:
- Own product development from concept through launch (samples, testing, approvals)
- Execute on collaboration drops (licensed/partner-led), ensuring product and merch are developed and delivered on time
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors (travel ~20%)
- Evaluate samples and drive decision-making with the team
- Act as the “air traffic controller” across product, creative, and marketing
- Bring structure and speed to how products get built and launched
- Proactively identify opportunities and follow through (no hand-holding)
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years product lifecycle exp in a DTC, social-first, challenger brand with a strong voice and track record of creative product launches, collaborations, or drop-style merchandising.
- Experience touching product, launches, merchandising, or partnerships
- Exposure to product launches or brand “drops”
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
- Relationship-oriented—can build and manage vendor/partner relationships
- Willing to travel and be hands-on with manufacturers and partners
- AI-forward mindset—uses tools to move faster and work smarter
