About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Director - Operations & Growth Leader to run the marketing execution engine for our portfolio of currently 6 boutique hospitality properties. This is a hands-on operator role. Your responsibility is to take a defined 2026 marketing strategy and turn it into a functioning system: campaigns launched, landing pages live, CRM automations running, creative produced, reporting clean, and qualified leads flowing consistently to sales.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Team Management
- Own day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of 6 boutique hospitality companies.
- Manage remote virtual assistants (VAs), contractors, and creative vendors with clear SOPs and quality control.
- Run weekly marketing scorecard meetings covering performance, bottlenecks, and next actions.
Paid Growth Ads (Meta + Google)
- Rebuild and manage campaign structure by property and segment.

Riverview Farmers Market – Market Manager (Manager-in-Training) Position
The Riverview Farmers Market, located in the Heights neighborhood of Jersey City, is preparing for its sixteenth season and is seeking a motivated, professional, and dedicated Market Manager to join our team.
The market operates every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, beginning on the first Sunday in May (5/3) and continuing through the Sunday before Thanksgiving in November (11/22). Market staff are expected to be present from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM each Sunday to oversee market setup and breakdown. There is an additional Holiday Market that takes place on a Saturday in December (12/5/26) - the Manager-in-Training is expected to be present for that event date as well.
Each week the market hosts anywhere from 40 to 60 vendors, as well as local musicians, free arts programming, cooking demonstrations, and a variety of food access initiatives.
About the Position
We are seeking to hire a Manager-in-Training who will work alongside the current Market Manager during a transitional period prior to the current manager’s departure.
The Manager-in-Training will oversee a team of Assistant Managers responsible for the setup and breakdown of market equipment and infrastructure. The role also includes managing vendor relationships, overseeing day-of market operations and flow, enforcing health and safety regulations, administering SNAP/EBT benefits, and addressing operational issues as they arise.
The Manager-in-Training will serve as the primary liaison between market vendors and the Jersey City Health Department. Several training sessions will be conducted prior to the start of the market season in May to familiarize the selected candidate with the market’s programs and procedures.

Salary
The Market Manager position pays $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
The manager will oversee each market day during the season (30 Sundays in the 2026 season). The expected duration of a market day is 7-8 hours of work. In addition, the manager-in-training will be compensated at the same hourly rate for program support, grant management, and other administrative activities outside of market hours, estimated at approximately 3–6 hours per week.
Upon becoming a full Manager, the hourly management outside of Sunday market hours will increase to 10-12 hours per week. Anticipated hourly work for the full year, for a full manager, can range between 400-600 hours.

Design and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns

Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google DataStudio, Tableau, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use behavioral data, preferences, and triggers to create and optimize tailored customer experiences.
- Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources (including marketing automation platforms) to create comprehensive campaign performance reports for several stakeholders.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing channels (email, site, etc.) based on KPIs such as user engagement, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify and implement the most effective campaign components (e.g., messaging, creative, calls-to-action), and document results to inform future strategies.
Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight for staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Marketing, Data Analysis, or other analytical related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as ESP platforms, CMS and CRM systems are required.

Responsibilities
In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. You will be involved in the design and implementation of tools and their supporting infrastructure, to improve the daily experience of our users across the entire business. This will include managing SaaS services, managing physical infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure to support the needs of the teams at Reliable. You will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities for standardization, improvement of the user experience, and training various teams, including the IT/Security teams you will be working on, for redundancy when new tooling is introduced.
