Job Description: 777-9 program is looking for Manufacturing Engineers to enable
aircraft modifications to support Certification Flight Testing for Type Inspection Authorization (TIA).
This is a very critical activity in support of the overall Certification of the 777-9.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Tiger Team Member on critical client Flight Test Project
* Installation Plans for configuration changes (test specific and production)
* Coordination across ME teams for PRR IP creation / revision
* Review IPs for quality - e.g. missing functional tests, missing BOM items, etc.
* Identifying and planning removals
* Identifying opportunities to reduce scope (e.g. smaller, more specific functional tests)
* Reviewing tooling requirements for compatible with flightline operations (i.e. not factory specific)

Overview
The pay range for this position ranges from $30.04/hr - $33.36/hr. Install of ships equipment which includes general machinery, main machinery, weapons systems, remote operating gear etc. which involves layout, tacking, grinding, drilling, reaming, spot facing, bolting, torqueing, testing etc. (but not limited to). And/or Responsible for safely activating, testing and operating of ships, main propulsion and auxiliary systems in accordance with approved procedures, practices and policies. Responsible to comply with approved Departmental Operating Instructions. Read and interpret test memos. Participate in sea trials and work list ship systems to provide direction to the construction mechanics.

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience using basic shop tools, tacking, hand tools, torqueing and portable drilling tools. 2 years Trade or Technical schooling in a mechanical field, or at least 3 years of experience working in a mechanical Field And/or Any of the following: Valid USCG engine license or QMED certification for steam, motor or gas turbine engines A minimum of 3 years Navy or Coast Guard experience in engineering position, minimum E4 pay grade A minimum of 3 years successfully operating and testing shipboard systems
Qualifications
Required - Must be able to read blueprints in detail. Required - Must be able to do layout, read measuring tools, tape measure, inside and outside micrometers, Vernier or dial calipers, and perform simple math calculations. Preferred - Knowledge of equipment alignment, machining, torqueing methods. Preferred - Gas Turbine operating experience Preferred - Hydrostatic flushing and testing systems. Required - Must meet the requirements of the O04 physical task analysis.
$10,000 sign on bonus and $5,000 relocation (greater than 100 miles) or $2,500 (greater than 50 miles) for nurses with 1 or more year's experience - External Applicants Only,

Pay Range: $38.02 - $61.88 per hour

Required Job Qualifications:
•Formal training in an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
•Valid Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license.
•Registry or Registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
•Proficient in modality physics and operation of equipment.
•Knowledge of human anatomy, pathology and physiology.
•Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Maintains Illinois State License for Radiography.
•(LEVEL 2 JC: 2208) Maintains ARRT Mammography certification. Meets Level 1 requirements AND is proficient in Diagnostic Examinations AND Breast Needle Localizations.
•(LEVEL 3 JC: 3179) Meets Level 2 requirements AND is proficient in interventional breast biopsy procedures.
•(LEVEL 4 JC: 3108) Meets Level 3 requirements AND is proficient in ABUS/MBI/Hand-held Breast Ultrasound OR Board Clinical Instructor OR Defined and measurable Leadership Responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
•Requires full body range of motion including handling and lifting patients when necessary.
•Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists in room preparedness, i.e. cleaning rooms and supply placement, to include ultrasound rooms.
2. Assists Radiologist in the performance of interventional breast procedures.
3. Assists the technical aides and/or radiologists by informing patients and referring physicians of patient appointment delays.
4. Follows departmental protocols and procedures in the performance of exams and produces images that meet quality standards.
5. Follows work and patient schedules.
6. Has a working knowledge of the Radiology Information Systems, EPIC and PACS (Candelis).
7. Maintains a screening technical repeat average of 1% or lower.
8. Maintains licensure/registry status as determined by state or regulatory bodies.
9. Maintains logs and documentation as per departmental protocol.
10. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
11. Maintains the physical work environment in a manner that meets departmental and regulatory requirements. Participates in the training and development of students assigned to the area through clinical affiliations. Produces work in an efficient manner that meets departmental productivity standards.
12. Provides detailed patient history and/or other pertinent information necessary for proper interpretation of image.
13. Provides quality patient care as defined by departmental and age specific standards of care.
14. Reports supply shortages or equipment failures to operations manager and/or team leader.
