We are seeking a hands‑on GRC Engineer & Risk Analytics professional who will implement and scale a NIST‑aligned control and risk framework in OneTrust while also conducting targeted risk and control assessments to validate design and operating effectiveness. Reporting to the TFSB CISO, you will connect process, data, and automation so department leaders can see—and reduce—risk in near‑real time through role‑based dashboards and scorecards. You’ll partner with Security Engineering, IT, Audit, and business control owners to streamline assessments, evidence collection, POA&M tracking, and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:
Model the control framework in OneTrust: map NIST CSF and NIST 800‑53 control families, control objectives, test procedures, evidence types, and ownership.
Configure assessment templates (application/infrastructure, inherent/residual risk, third‑party due diligence, control attestations) with automated workflows, notifications, and approvals.
Stand up a POA&M lifecycle (defect creation, risk acceptance, due dates, escalations, verifications) and connect to tickets for remediation traceability.
Build role‑based dashboards and departmental scorecards that surface KRIs/KPIs (e.g., control coverage, overdue actions, risk heatmaps, SLA adherence).

What you’ll deliver in the first 6–12 months:

Why This Lab:
Our group has built several image analysis techniques that have completely changed how we view aortic disease. Specifically, vascular deformation mapping (VDM) is a technique that detects aortic deformation patterns invisible to conventional diameter measurement, and we are actively translating it from research tool to clinical product. Our work sits at the intersection of deep learning, image registration, and clinical decision-making, with active industry partnerships aimed at commercializing the methods we develop. Former trainees have moved into competitive industry positions, co-developed new IP, and gone on to train at other top-tier programs. What You’ll Do:
Algorithm & Pipeline Development
- Design, train, and validate DL/ML models for aortic CT and MRI (segmentation, registration, shape/growth modeling, VDM pipelines).
- Build and optimize image-based pipelines for longitudinal aortic surveillance using large, multi-center datasets.

AI Data & Python Tools Engineer
We're seeking an AI Data and Python Tools Engineer to develop and deploy intelligent tools that leverage big data infrastructure and modern AI architecture. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to build production-ready AI applications at speed, including integration with Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications using Python, React, and modern machine learning frameworks
- Design and streamline data pipelines, train and validate ML models, and implement robust evaluation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and integrate scalable, cloud-based AI solutions
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI tools with a strong focus on performance, flexibility, and scalability
- Maintain clear technical documentation, perform code reviews, and support the full software development lifecycle
Software Engineering & AI/ML Data, Tools Development
- 3+ years of Python Development with a background in back end services and data processing
- Exposure to AI/ML algorithms

- Understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval systems
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and server development
Big Data & Cloud Infrastructure
- Knowledge of building and deploying cloud based applications
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, or similar streaming platforms)
- Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data lakes
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code

- Experience building web applications with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- API development and integration experience
- Basic UX/UI design sensibilities for internal tooling

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain support automation systems that convert Slack/office-hours requests into structured, high-quality support tickets.
