Google Analytics (GA4) Specialist – Key Responsibilities:
GA4 Implementation & Integration
Lead end-to-end GA4 implementations, including event architecture, tagging strategy, and integrations via Google Tag Manager or server-side tagging. Ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile platforms, including cross-domain and cross-platform tracking setups.
Universal Analytics (UA) Knowledge & Migration Support
Apply strong knowledge of Universal Analytics to support historical data interpretation, migration planning, and validation of GA4 tracking against legacy UA benchmarks.
Data Validation, Testing & Consent Management
Perform integration testing, QA, and troubleshooting of analytics implementations, including event validation, cross-domain tracking, and consent-aware deployments. Work with cookie consent platforms such as OneTrust and implement consent mode and privacy-compliant tracking strategies.
Dashboarding, Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Analytics Governance, Certifications & Best Practices
Maintain tracking documentation, data governance standards, and ongoing optimization initiatives. Stay current with industry best practices and hold relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Certification (GA4), Google Tag Manager fundamentals, and other recent digital analytics or measurement certifications.
Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced GCP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Google Cloud architecture for a large energy client expanding its multi-cloud environment (currently Azure and C3 AI). This role requires true architecture ownership, including at least one full GCP implementation or migration.

The School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) at GA Tech is seeking to hire a Research Engineer (Open Rank) to serve as a Product Manager. CSE is enhancing our impact on the Georgia Tech ecosystem through new programs that help students become better Research Software Engineers. With this increased capacity, we will amplify the impact of research conducted by Georgia Tech's scientific community. We are expanding our team of 6 professional software engineers (with varying degrees of industry experience) to include a Product Manager who is excited about working in a highly dynamic and research-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Georgia Tech faculty to identify areas of scientific research likely to benefit from dedicated Research Software Engineering.

This position offers a unique opportunity to advance the science and practice of implementing evidence-based interventions and accelerating the uptake of implementation research findings in real-world settings. The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the largest producers of electrical engineers and computer engineers in the United States. Almost 2,600 students are enrolled in the School's graduate and undergraduate programs, and in the last academic year, 801 degrees were awarded. All ECE undergraduate and graduate programs are in the top five of the most recent college rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
In addition to the main campus in Atlanta, Georgia, ECE also has permanent operations at Georgia Tech-Lorraine in France. Job Summary
The Signal Lab in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech is seeking a Research Scientist to lead and advance cutting-edge research in the field of telecom. The role will involve research in 6G and wireless systems but also include lab management, business development, project management, cross- institute collaborations and demonstrations just to name a few.
Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include:
. Research Leadership in 6G, Wireless Systems, and Emerging Technologies
- Lead and execute advanced research programs spanning 5G Advanced, 6G architectures, ISAC, semantic communications, agentic networking, RF sensing, and wireless intelligence.
- Design and evaluate novel algorithms, PHY/MAC prototypes, and end-to-end wireless stacks using SDRs, GPU-accelerated systems, and cloud-integrated infrastructure.
- Publish high-impact papers, technical reports, and standards-relevant contributions.
2. Lab Management and Testbed Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the Center for Wireless Intelligence research lab, including equipment procurement, spectrum tools, RF instrumentation, compute clusters, and software environments.
- Manage, maintain, and expand the outdoor wireless testbed (campus-scale or city-scale): radios, remote nodes, edge compute, backhaul, deployment logistics, calibration, and field testing.
- Ensure safety, compliance, documentation, inventory management, and continuous uptime of lab and testbed assets.
- Build automated pipelines for experiments, data collection, benchmarking, and reproducibility.
3. Affiliate Engagement, Business Development, and Partnerships
- Engage, onboard, and close new affiliate companies into the CWI affiliate program.
- Serve as technical liaison for affiliate members across telecom, semiconductor, cloud, defense, and AI domains.
- Define joint research thrusts, scoping documents, deliverables, and IP paths with partner organizations.
- Coordinate demos, campus visits, on-site reviews, and technical deep-dives for affiliates.
4. Project Management and PhD Mentorship
- Mentor PhD students, postdocs, and research engineers working on 6G, wireless intelligence, agentic systems, and related topics.
- Manage multi-PI, multi-institution, and affiliate-funded projects, ensuring timely execution, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide technical direction, experiment planning, scheduling, milestones, and results dissemination.
5. Proposal Development and Funding Acquisition
- Lead and contribute to major proposals for federal, state, and institute-level funding, including NSF, DARPA, IARPA, NIST, NIH, DoD, DOE, and industry research labs.
- Manage full proposal lifecycle: concept development, whitepapers, teaming, budget coordination, compliance, and final submission.
- Close new funding sources for the center through proactive outreach, consortium building, and strategic alignment with national priorities (6G, AI/ML for wireless, digital twins, robotics, cybersecurity, etc.).
6. Event and Program Management
- Plan and execute workshops, symposiums, demo days, affiliate reviews, student recruiting events, and cross-center technical showcases.
- Coordinate logistics, speaker engagement, program design, marketing materials, and event follow-ups.
- Support the institute in flagship campus events around wireless, AI, cybersecurity, and next-generation connectivity.
7. Cross-Institute Collaboration and Ecosystem Building
- Facilitate collaborations with GT centers, MITRE Labs, government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
- Represent the center in institute-level initiatives, standards bodies, federal roadmaps, and 6G consortium efforts.
- Identify and develop synergy projects across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, energy systems, and digital twins where wireless is foundational.
8. Demonstrations, Prototypes, and Technology Transfer
- Build and showcase cutting-edge wireless demonstrations involving the outdoor testbed, SDRs, AI-native RAN components, ISAC sensors, and agentic network stacks.
- Support technology transition to sponsors, affiliates, and government partners through prototypes, datasets, documentation, and workshops.

Technology Services Organization (TSO) at Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking to hire a Research Technologist I to Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity within the College of Computing.
This is a hybrid working position.
Responsibilities
Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity, including:
- Provide point of contact and customer interface regarding TSO's support of college research technology resources.
- Work with faculty, researchers and graduate students with the acquisition, research, development and implementation of research resources, and integration of advanced technologies involving work in research data center and lab environments.
- Work with Research Lab Managers in support of strategic research facilities.
- Manage technical problems, requests, and projects to assure quick resolution, best practices, and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the provisioning of OIT and TSO services to meet faculty and student needs.

- Linux systems administration experience, preferably in a heterogeneous environment that includes Linux/UNIX, Mac OS X, and Windows client systems accessing physical and virtual Linux servers.
- Knowledge of Linux server installation and administration, system monitoring, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, configuration and patch management, virtualization, containerization, private cloud, storage solutions, IP networking concepts, information security, identity and access management, and backup & recovery.
- Knowledge of a UNIX scripting language (e.g. python, bash, etc.).
- Exemplary customer service skills and the agility to handle unusual technical requests.

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the largest producers of electrical engineers and computer engineers in the United States. The Signal Lab in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech is seeking a Research Scientist to lead and advance cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence. The role will involve laboratory management, project oversight, and business development activities to name a few.
Responsibilities
1. Research Leadership in Foundation Models, World Models, and Frontier AI
- Lead and execute advanced research programs in large-scale AI, including foundation model architectures, multimodal representation learning, world models, agentic systems, and self-supervised learning at scale.
- Design and evaluate new training algorithms, model architectures, and scalable pipelines for language, vision, audio, robotics, simulation, and multi-agent environments.
- Develop GPU-, TPU-, and cluster-optimized training frameworks, distributed training systems, and inference-time optimization pipelines for next-generation AI models.
- Publish high-impact papers in top AI/ML venues, release open-source tools, and contribute to Georgia Tech's AI research leadership and national strategic priorities.
2. Lab Management and AI Compute Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the AI research lab, including GPU clusters, high-performance storage, distributed training stacks, and data governance frameworks.

University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources
Job Description
This position leads, under Director and PI supervision, most aspects of field research activities at the Hopland Research and Extension Center (HREC). The primary focus of this position is on project management of up to 20 different research projects in diverse fields of study within agriculture and natural resources. This range includes plant science, soil science, animal science, wildlife ecology, oak woodland ecology, fire science, rangeland management, and hydrology. This position interacts with Primary Investigators (PIs) throughout the research process, from idea generation through project creation and refinement including design planning, plot construction, project implementation and management, data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position assists with duties related to livestock management of HREC's sheep flock, and all field maintenance activities required to keep a 5,358-acre research center functioning. In addition, this position will assist with or lead public outreach activities and extension event.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary lead, under supervision of Superintendent, in conducting field
research activities at HREC.
- Perform technical observations in multiple fields of scientific investigation.
- Install, operate, and maintain field and laboratory instruments.
- Performs Ag Technician duties, as related to research activities, when needed.
- Serve as lead for supervising and directing undergrads and field assistants in data
collection and fieldwork related duties.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, organizing timelines and schedules to ensure research activities are conducted on time with precision and accuracy.
- Interface with PIs to develop and refine projects, and through an iterative feedback
process ensure that theoretical ideas are turned into workable experimental designs.
- Coordinate with, and occasionally serve as lead for, facilities staff to implement project designs into workable field installations.
- Meet with researchers, both on and off site, to ensure coordination of current activities, address concerns, find solutions, and map out future goals.
- Develop innovative solutions to problems that arise in enacting projects, and work with the Superintendent and PI to modify, vary, or adapt standard procedures to meet project needs.
- Collaborate with Director, PIs, and Community Education Specialist to write and submit grant applications.
- Participate in annual Research Advisory Committee process of Soliciting, reviewing,
refining, and approving research projects.
- Responsible for application, supervision and reporting of herbicides, pesticides,
and fungicides.
- Tractor and machinery duties as needed for project management and field work in
vineyard and research plots, and around barns and pastures.
- Works with administration, Community Education Specialist, and other staff, to plan and execute a broad range of extension activities, including researcher and professional field days, school trips, and intensive educational workshops with other collaborators.
- Develop original content or refine existing curriculum to present information for a range of audiences based on research results generated here at HREC.
- Demonstrate procedures used in research and field activities.
- Maintenance duties as required for maintenance of the property including: fence repair, plumbing repair, brush clearing, road repair, facility cleaning and repair, mowing around barns and infrastructure.
- Provide information to Center Director, Superintendent, Animal Techs, and Ag Techs
regarding grazing/non-grazing and prescribed burning needs of research when annual
grazing and burning plans are developed.
- On a backup basis, assist with animal care (livestock, guard dogs, wildlife) including: shepherding, herd and individual animal health assessment, vaccinations, lambing, breeding, field sampling, and predator management.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of scientific research principles, procedures, and protocols.
- Specific knowledge in and experience with agricultural and natural resource related fields of scientific inquiry, including but not limited to plant science, animal science, wildlife ecology, rangeland management and ecology, hydrology, and soil science.
- Experience and skill with conducting specialized field sampling and data collection and analysis, including work with live animals, remote field plots, electronic sensing equipment, and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, including the specific ability to effectively discuss complicated technical and scientific questions. Ability to tailor communication to the specific audience, including a range from PIs to grade-schoolers and laypeople.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs including: MS Office, mapping programs, web research, document sharing.
Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of pest control principles, pesticide application techniques and safety, and relevant regulations. Qualified Applicator Certificate required (can be earned within 6 months of hire).
- Proven skill and experience with a broad range of machinery including but not limited to agricultural tractors and implements, pruning tools (chainsaws, loppers), on and off-road vehicles, trailers, and some heavy equipment.
- Skills and knowledge of handling research animals to minimize stress including domestic livestock and wildlife. Experience with veterinary techniques.

A Brief Overview:
The Clinical Research RN manages research projects and participants within Endeavor Health. This role combines clinical expertise with research acumen in the CRU structure. In this position, the RN manages administrative tasks, study participant interaction and study monitor interaction. The RN will provide nursing care services including consenting, treating, and monitoring clinical research participants at Endeavor Health. Duties include coordination with study investigators to plan and implement research projects, assistance with data collection and tracking forms, development and implementation of data tracking procedures, coordination and liaison with other research sites, completion of case report forms, accurate and timely collection of information to meet study requirements of sponsors, monitoring quality assurance for billing, and the management of study databases. This position will also involve the performance of other research project-related tasks, as needed. Clinical specific tasks could be required of the clinical research nurse, as determined by their specialty area.

- Assist with protocol initiation and ongoing maintenance with IRB, Principal Investigators, and Sponsors. Assist with preparation for monitoring visits and audits, as appropriate.
- Understand designated research protocols and accurately communicate them to subjects, their families, clinical staff and other stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
- Responsible for recruitment, coordination of care (in compliance with study protocol), and retention of research subjects. Adhere to informed consent policies and regulations.
- Provide patient care based on physical, psychological, educational, and related criteria, appropriate to the age and type of patients/customers served in their area. Use critical thinking and knowledge of physical assessments to investigate abnormal lab results, and follow protocol requirements.
- Establish trust and rapport with study participants. Educate them about the research study, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Able to navigate chart review screens to find required information to determine patient eligibility.
- Enter and release clinic orders as required by research study protocol and within the scope of the Nursing License.
- Collaborate with treating physician(s) and other clinical staff to ensure all have understanding to care for the clinical research patient. Enter and release clinic orders as required by research study protocol and within the scope of the Nursing License.
- Assist with collecting, processing, and shipping of biological specimens per protocol requirements.
- Manage databases for clinical research trials or research projects. Complete and submit query resolution forms in a timely fashion.
- Ability to perform nursing tasks as required by study protocol (for example but not limited to: pelvic ultrasound, EKG, blood draws and processing).
- Coordinate care and follow up of research patients including necessary appointment scheduling.
- Correct and timely submission of protocol deviations and adverse events.
- Attend monthly research coordinator meetings with the Research Institute, where relevant. Collaborate with research team and colleagues across the enterprise for idea sharing and continue best practices.
- Ensure financial responsibility of protocol procedures such as notifying proper personnel of research charges or paying vendor or hospital bills associated with the research, as appropriate.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all research systems such as RedCap, Cadence, CTMS, EPIC, specific to the research project.
- Attend continuing education, investigator meetings, and departmental meetings, as appropriate.

Under the general direction of the Director of Research Operations, Compliance and Strategy, the Associate Director of Research Programs and Compliance supports the coordination and administration of research services and compliance functions across the university. This position contributes to the development and implementation of research compliance initiatives, health and safety programs, and activities related to laboratory and animal facility operations. The role assists in ensuring adherence to federal, state, sponsor, and institutional requirements governing research activities, including IBC, Radiation Safety, IACUC and IRB. Responsibilities include participation in delivering compliance training, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and providing scientific merit and science-related review to assess protocol alignment with regulatory, safety, and institutional quality expectations.
What you’ll do:
· Compliance Coordination: Partner with leadership to coordinate institutional compliance programs for IBC, Radiation Safety, IACUC, and IRB.
· Health & Safety Management: Oversee research laboratory and animal facility safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA, NIH, CDC, and other standards.
· Research Program Management: Support faculty and student research initiatives while promoting integrity and compliance best practices.
· Training & Education: Design and deliver compliance training for faculty, staff, and students on biosafety, radiation safety, and animal care regulations.
· Scientific Review & Research Quality: Conduct scientific and compliance reviews of research protocols, grant applications, and student projects to ensure best practices.
· Leadership & Collaboration: Provide supervision, strategic planning, and serve as a liaison across the university to advance research infrastructure and compliance.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., research administration, life sciences, public health)
· 5+ years of experience in research administration or compliance, including knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., Uniform Guidance, FDA, USDA, NIH) and health/safety standards.
· Experience with scientific review and research laboratory operations, including wet laboratories and animal care facilities.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to interpret complex regulations and provide sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline such as research administration, life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or a closely related field preferred.
· Experience administering IBC, Radiation Safety, IACUC, IRB, and health/safety programs in an academic or healthcare research setting.
· Familiarity with electronic research administration systems.
· Radiation safety training and certification as required by institutional policy or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
· Certified IRB Professional (CIP) preferred.
· Certified Professional IACUC Administrator (CPIA) preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
· Biosafety-related certifications preferred; willingness to pursue if assigned.
· OSHA Laboratory Safety Certification preferred.
· AALAS certification is preferred for animal care oversight.
