As the business grows, we are hiring an Operations Virtual Assistant to help maintain the reporting and operational systems that support inventory, forecasting, and supply chain execution.


This role is focused on operational data accuracy and reporting, not customer service or general administrative work. The position is responsible for maintaining operational spreadsheets, pulling platform reports, updating inventory tracking systems, and ensuring internal dashboards remain accurate.


The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working inside spreadsheets and ecommerce platforms, and able to follow structured workflows provided through Loom videos, SOP documentation, and step-by-step guides.


Core Responsibilities
Operational Reporting
  • Maintain and update internal operational spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Pull daily and weekly reports from Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and other systems

Vendor Research & Infrastructure

· Source, research, and onboard vendors in new and existing markets

· Maintain vendor profiles, pricing notes, availability, and performance history

Qualifications & Experience Required

Position Overview

Our luxury jewelry division seeking an experienced Director of Ecommerce & CRM as a key leadership position. This role is responsible for spearheading the division’s ecomm and clienteling strategies to drive ecomm growth, enhance retail store sales, and expand brand awareness. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Ecomm Management: 7-10+ years’ experience in an ecomm role with P&L responsibility, ideally within the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Proven track record of driving online sales and optimizing digital platforms.
  • CRM Experience: Extensive experience in CRM strategy, customer data management and personalized marketing.
  • Luxury Brand Experience (Preferred): Understanding of the nuances of selling luxury products online, including maintaining brand integrity and enhancing customer experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
