About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to power the operational backbone of our wholesale and Ecommerce division. This role owns core wholesale operations including ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, routing and compliance, EDI performance, and operational reporting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Senior Operations Leadership and our 3PL to ensure flawless execution from preorder planning to outbound shipments at scale. This role partners daily with our Senior Operations Leadership to ensure products continue to flow to our customers.
ERP / Systems Ownership
- Maintain accurate style, pricing, attributes, UPCs, and customer data in AIMS36 using details provided by cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data integrity across AIMS360, NuOrder, and internal operational tools.
- Manage seasonal ERP → B2B data syncs to support go-to-market readiness.
- Audit and maintain clean, structured data used across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Inventory & Data Integrity
- Own daily and weekly inventory accuracy, variance analysis, and stock adjustments.
- Lead cycle counts and investigates discrepancies with 3PL leadership.
- Reconcile ERP vs. warehouse inventory and implement corrective workflows.
EDI & Compliance Management
- Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and retailer requirements.
- Ensure routing guide compliance across major accounts.
- Partner with the 3PL on correct packing, ticketing, labeling, and compliance standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for chargebacks and operational deductions.
3PL Coordination & Execution
- Partner daily with our 3PL to ensure on-time pick, pack, and shipment execution.
- Communicate order waves, shipping priorities, routing rules, and packing standards.
- Address exceptions quickly: shorts, overages, ASN errors, carton discrepancies, pick issues.
- Daily check in on DTC order fulfillments
- Address any issues with 3PL regarding DTC order issues.
Fulfillment Oversight
- Monitor live fulfillment progress across WMS dashboards and AIMS360.
- Align ship windows and order priorities with Sales.
- Validate labels, ASN data, carton counts, and documentation before order closure.
Operational Reporting
- Produce weekly reporting on inventory availability, fulfillment progress, and EDI transmission health.
- Support leadership with operational dashboards and KPI visibility.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Review weekly 3PL KPIs: SLA compliance, accuracy, throughput, inventory health.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional workflow improvements.
- Ensure 3PL adheres to routing, compliance, packaging, and ticketing standards.
- Act as the primary operational bridge between HTG and our 3PL partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales on allocations, order priorities, and seasonal availability.
- Work with the Customer Operations Coordinator on order status, exceptions, and routing support.
- Collaborate with Production & Merch on style changes, attribute updates, and dropped styles.
- Coordinate with Finance on inventory adjustments and receiving accuracy (not invoicing).
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, ERP administration, logistics, or apparel product cycle.
- Strong knowledge of AIMS360 or similar ERP systems; familiarity with Shopify, Brand boom, or NuOrder a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, auditing).

The Application Analyst – POS Operations resources will support the pilot and rollout of a newly implemented Point of Sale (POS) system for company, across retail stores. This is a hands-on technical role supporting a large-scale store rollout. The team is lean, and they need an analyst who can independently triage, investigate logs, and resolve issues in a new POS environment with limited documentation. This role is higher level than a traditional support center position and requires strong troubleshooting capabilities across application, hardware, and store-level operations.

Responsibilities
- Support pilot and phased rollout of new POS system in over 120 retail stores
- Perform advanced triage of POS incidents and operational issues

- Provide stabilization support during rollout waves

The practice of ultrasonography is performed by an ultrasound technologist responsible for the administration of high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques to humans of all ages (newborn to geriatric) for medical purposes. A Sonographer/Technologist performs ultrasonography procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. Ultrasonography integrates scientific knowledge, technical skills, patient interaction, and compassionate care resulting in diagnostic information. A Sonographer/Technologist recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of a procedure.
The Sonographer/Technologists must demonstrate an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. The Sonographer/Technologists recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure and exercised independent professional and ethical judgment. The Sonographer/Technologists are the primary liaison between patients, licensed independent practitioners, and other members of the support team. Maintaining records, respecting confidentiality and established policy Applying the principles of patient safety during all aspects of procedures, including assisting, and transporting patients. Receiving, relaying, and documenting verbal, written, and electronic imaging orders in the patient's medical record. Corroborating patient's clinical history with the ordered procedure while ensuring information is documented and available for use by a licensed independent practitioner (LIP). Verifying informed consent. Assuming responsibility for patient needs before, during, and after procedures. Preparing patients for procedures. Applying principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self, and others. Performing venipuncture per procedural protocol based on imaging order from a licensed independent practitioner as applicable. Starting and maintaining intravenous access per procedural protocol based on an imaging order for a LIP as applicable. Identifying, preparing, and /or administering medications generally associated with diagnostic imaging procedures as prescribed by a LIP as applicable. Evaluating images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification is recorded. Identifying and escalating emergency situations and managing until appropriate LIP, EMS, MERT, RRT, or Code Team arrives to assume control. Providing patient education related to imaging procedure. Education/training REQUIRED: Graduation from an allied health education programs specific to sonography meeting educational requirements for certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography [RDCS (AE and/or PE)], or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS or RCCS); OR Graduation from an CAAHEP or CMA Accredited Program in cardiac sonography, or Graduation from a minimum of a 2-year JRC Accredited Program in Cardiac Sonography that is recognized by the ARRT or Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, JRC-DMS, OR Graduation from a bachelor's degree program and hold at least one certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography [RDCS (AE and/or PE)] or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS or RCCS);
Education/training PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in cardiac sonography. Independent action(s) required: Cardiac Sonographer/Technologists independently performs or assist the licensed independent practitioner in the completion of ultrasound imaging exams. Cardiac Sonographer/Technologists independently complete imaging exams based on physicians written order, department protocols, and institutional safety standards. Cardiac Sonographer/Technologist represent the goals, values, and vision of VCU Health System. Ensures adherence to regulatory standards, health system and department policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines applicable to role. Resolves basic service delivery issues. Lead technologists may perform "lead technologist" functions such as coordinating work assignments, workflow, and staffing for an assigned shift/area; serve as clinical or technical resource; provide training.

Additional position requirements: Individual shift rotation and schedules will be established with your specific manager or supervisor. Schedules, including requirements of shift rotations and hours of work may be adjusted as necessary to meet staffing needs of the health system. Weekend and other after hours coverage may be required based on workload demand and staffing needs of the health system. Sonographer/Technologists are considered "Essential Employees" who may be required to report to work in accordance with the VCUHS Policy.
