  • Define guardrail metrics and early warning signals to quickly detect performance issues and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
  • Design and run structured test-and-learn programs, including holdouts, pre/post, and incrementality analyses using tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud and Walmart Scintilla.
  • Measure the impact of PDP content elements — titles, bullets, A+ content, imagery, video, and variation strategies — on search rank and conversion, and prioritize content updates by ROI.
  • Deliver merchandising and purchase order insights through velocity, seasonality, price elasticity, and attachment analyses to guide assortment and inventory decisions.
  • Own and optimize the marketplace analytics stack, leveraging platforms like Amazon Brand Analytics, Walmart Luminate, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, and BI tools.
  • Partner closely with agencies to harmonize reporting, define SLAs, and ensure consistent, actionable performance metrics across channels.


What You Bring:

  • 5–7+ years in marketplace or retail media analytics, with deep experience in Amazon and exposure to Walmart and Target ecosystems.
  • Proven track record transforming complex marketplace data into clear, actionable recommendations at scale across large SKU counts.
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Luminate/Scintilla, and marketplace research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and DataHawk.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence/reporting platforms.

Summary:

The Business Planning & Analytics Manager supports the VP and regional leadership in driving business performance across the Caribbean markets. This role serves as the strategic liaison between country General Managers, commercial teams, finance, and supply chain to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Business analytics uses data modeling and predictive insights to guide planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead monthly and quarterly demand forecasting and sales planning.
  • Improve forecast accuracy through pipeline and historical trend analysis.
  • Build financial and volume projections for regional planning.
  • Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning.
  • Develop financial models and support growth execution.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Manage pipeline review cadence with GMs and commercial teams.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across markets.
  • Track KPIs: revenue, margin, backlog, inventory, sell-through.
  • Develop KPI strategies and translate data into insights.

Regional Business Liaison

  • Act as primary liaison between VP, country GMs, finance, and supply chain.
  • Align regional priorities with corporate strategy.
  • Support pricing strategy, promotions, and channel performance.
  • Facilitate business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Bridge data insights and strategic decisions.

Data & Analytics Leadership

  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Build predictive models to support demand planning and inventory optimization.
  • Automate reporting and improve data quality.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy and delivery of performance insights.

Strategic Insights & Decision Support

  • Provide actionable insights to improve market performance.
  • Conduct market trend and competitive analysis.
  • Support product mix optimization and profitability analysis.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
  • Master’s degree (MBA or Data Analytics) preferred

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in business analytics, planning, FP&A, or commercial strategy
  • Experience supporting multi-country or LATAM markets
  • Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, distribution, or industrial sectors preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel & financial modeling
  • Power BI / Tableau / SQL
  • CRM/ERP pipeline analysis (Salesforce & SAP preferred)
  • Forecasting & demand planning
  • AI-driven analytics & predictive modeling (preferred)

Role Summary

Our VP, Data & Analytics unlocks data-driven growth at the speed of natural language through AI-enabled execution across Perform Properties. An innovative architect with deep business literacy, the VP, Data & Analytics will lead our efforts to put data at the center of our Technology capabilities with a modern, performant and AI-ready data & analytics platform. This critical capability will serve a wide range of business functions, enabling Investments, Portfolio, Operations and Finance people to put AI, BI, Analytics and other emerging technologies to work for them every day – not just talk about the potential & possibilities.


This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is based in the office, 5 days a week.


Essential Job Functions

  • Drive Data Architecture & Engineering excellence that actively reduces our Coordination Tax
  • Build Data Modelling & Analytics capabilities to reduce our Time-to-Productivity
  • Champion Artificial and Business Intelligence (AI / BI) capabilities through compelling next generation interactions (Visualization, Natural Language & Agentic) that reduce our Time-to-Insight
  • Cultivate Data governance & stakeholder engagement that creates real shared ownership of our platform
  • Model the successful use of AI as a capabilities & resource extension, not just a gimmick
  • Develop individuals & teams of technologists in the Data & Analytics space as their leader


Qualifications and Technical Competencies

  • 10+ years leading Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics and/or AI / ML-focused teams
  • 5-7 years managing agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • 3-5 years managing people (direct reports, manager of managers)
  • Demonstrable success working with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift, Synapse)
  • Demonstrable success delivering AI / ML initiatives (Natural Language Processing, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Modeling)
  • Advanced proficiency in common data engineering tools (R, Python, DBT, SQL, Azure Data Factory)
  • Advanced proficiency in common visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant tertiary education


Benefits & Compensation

Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).


Base Salary Range: $225,00-$265,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
