**Contract position**
The Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the US Marketing/Selling & Impact Procurement Team by actively contributing to the execution and evolution of the category strategies that align with company objectives and the business needs of our internal stakeholders.
This position will report to the Agencies and Media Category Lead, based in the Smyrna GA office.

Qualifications
- Bachelors

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business HR Manager to join our Operations HR team. This role will be a part of our manufacturing facility leadership team. This role will lead site safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with project teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture.

- CLOSEOUT: Assist with completing closeout packages as directed.

The Director of Facilities Management supervises facilities services, general services, grounds, licensed wastewater treatment, licensed water works, and housekeeping and laundry functions. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction as exemplified by consistently increasing scores in this area, and may have opportunities to advance into senior management. The Director of Facilities Management will report to the Vice President of Facilities and Project Management, and oversee approximately 50 of our amazing 425+ team members.

Director of Facilities Management responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervises facilities services, general services, grounds, security, licensed wastewater treatment plant, licensed waterworks, housekeeping and laundry.
- Provides professional training and development of supervised staff.
- Oversees Life Safety Surveys.
- Monitors energy use and management.
- Establishes and maintains a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance system for all assets, including equipment, tools and machinery.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining departmental budgets.
- Writes specifications for work going out for bid and contacts outside vendors.
- Maintains and updates Emergency Preparedness Plan.
- Establishes a schedule for, oversees and evaluates all drills for emergency procedures required for federal, state and local agencies.
- Uses performance measurement tools and procedures to establish, improve and maintain effectiveness, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develops supportive and team-oriented relationships with departmental and facility staff.
- Provides support with major construction projects as needed.

Director of Facilities Management position qualifications:
- Must have at least five years experience in a healthcare setting, such as a skilled nursing facility, personal care/assisted living facility, or preferably, a Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community.
- Must have at least five years experience in supervisory and management roles including leading, hiring, directing and performance of appraisals.
- Experience in a property management setting with hands-on or other exposures to all trades is needed.
- Should possess a working knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, personal care and infection control regulations regarding areas under supervision.
- Should possess a working knowledge of National Electrical Code, Life Safety Code, and other codes and preventive maintenance systems.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Job Summary and QualificationsRapid Responders are collaborative members of the health care team who deliver nursing and collaborative medical aspects of care to specific populations within the scope of care delineated by the licensing board, and professional standards of care. Rapid Responders collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary team members to review the plan of care, intervene when necessary to ensure adequate delivery of quality, cost-effective care and maintain continuity of care through appropriate referral and follow-up.
What you will do in this role:
- Responds to all RRTs (Rapid Response calls), Code Blue, Code Sepsis, and Code Stroke
- Will take on the role of educator and provides support and education to staff as needed
- Communicates daily with each charge nurse to identify high risk patients
- Rounds on all medical-surgical units every two hours to address MEWS scores and questions and/or concerns of staff.
- Assesses all “at risk” patients as identified by MEWS score increases
- Monitors surgery schedule and rounds on any “at risk” post op patients
- Facilitates debriefings/critiques post codes
- Enters RRT data and creates monthly reports using excel, reports data to appropriate committees
- Completes 24 hours post RRT/Code Blue follow up and documentation
- Leads anient complaints to appropriate Unit Managers
- Utilizes chd facilitates RRT/Code Blue Committee
- Refers patain of command to ensure appropriate action is taken
- Facilitates a staff satisfaction feedback system for RRT
- All other duties as assigned.

Summary
This role is responsible for managing and creating all shopping cart price rules within the Magento platform to drive sales and customer engagement. The specialist will use the Magento admin panel to define and implement promotional strategies, ensuring that rules are correctly configured and effective.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage cart price rules: Design, build, and maintain shopping cart rules in the Magento admin panel to support various marketing campaigns and promotional goals.
• Define rule conditions: Set up specific conditions for rules to trigger, such as a minimum subtotal, a certain number of items, a specific product or category, customer group, or shipping method.
• Implement discount actions: Configure the type of discount to be applied, including percentage off, a fixed amount discount, or free shipping. For "Buy X, Get Y" promotions, set up the quantity conditions and the free item quantity.

The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical role for the successful operation of the Alterations department and completing tasks that contribute to providing superior customer service. The (CSR) is responsible for providing an A+ customer service experience to David's Bridal customers.

- Welcome all customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, communicates clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict.
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.

- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
- Prior sewing experience is helpful.
