SUMMARY:
MMA is looking for administrative support to help organize, manage, and deliver our client facing employee benefit materials within the Communications Center of Excellence (COE). Team members
must excel at time management, written and verbal communication in a technical environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process new project submissions – create timelines, schedule management, and set up archives

• Interact with internal colleagues to educate client service teams on Comms COE capabilities
• Foster and build relationships with internal teams and Comms COE colleagues
• Quality assurance – spot checking, conducting audits, and minor edits to material
• Project status tracking/reporting
• Complete print requests
• Conduct daily backup of database
• Send client satisfaction surveys
• Assist with building audio library and preparations of OE Brainshark recordings
• With training, be available to assist with bi-lingual OE presentations (virtual or in-person)
REQUIREMENTS:

What Will You Do in This Role
* Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices
* Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance.

Job Summary
The College of Sciences (CoS) and the College of Engineering (CoE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the field of solar-terrestrial science and/or space weather. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, though there is a particular focus on the Assistant and Associate ranks. Areas of interest include but are not limited to the Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere, space weather forecasting and resilience. Applicants with research interests in any or all of sensors and observations from ground or satellite instruments, data analysis and data science, modeling and theoretical research, are all welcome to apply. The position will be supported by the National Science Foundation under the Faculty Development in geoSpace Science program. This unique faculty search is being pursued by a joint effort of two Colleges, enabling candidates across a broad range of backgrounds to apply. The departmental home of the hired candidate will be determined based on best fit and may be anywhere within CoS or CoE. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.
Responsibilities
Applicants conducting or proposing interdisciplinary work have a high potential for success in the position, in part due to the nature of this faculty search, and in part due to Georgia Tech's interdisciplinary culture. In addition to Georgia Tech's strength across many areas of science and engineering, Georgia Tech will soon launch an Interdisciplinary Research Institute covering many areas of space science, technology, and policy. The Institute will further energize the space research ecosystem at Georgia Tech with a major boost in institutional resources toward long-term support for community building, teaming to bring in major complex grants, expanding external collaborations, internal and external communications, distinguished speakers, infrastructure including core facilities, as well as the visibility to seek philanthropic funding. SUMMARY: To prepare and stage press or laminator jobs. Prepress personnel are used in any capacity needed to stage items at any machine. They may retrieve and prepare cylinders for press run and after the press run, clean the cylinders and store them. All of these functions must be performed in the safest, most effective and efficient manner while adhering to established SOP's and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Facilitate on the job training and instruction for team members on the correct use of tools and equipment to ensure proper safety and operating procedures are followed.
- Actively participate and embrace in the STOP Safety Program fundamentals and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules to aid APC's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in developing, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures and or training documentation.

The Associate & Labor Relations Partner is a key member of the Associate and Labor Relations Center of Excellence (COE), reporting directly to the Manager of Associate & Labor Relations. This role is instrumental in cultivating a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace by leading complex employee relations investigations, supporting labor relations strategy, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. The Partner plays a critical role in resolving workplace concerns, managing union relationships, and supporting organizational compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Associate Relations:
- Serve as the primary investigator for complex employee relations matters, including allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
- Conduct thorough, impartial investigations and prepare detailed documentation and recommendations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Support the resolution of EEOC claims and other regulatory complaints in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Labor Relations:
- Lead or support the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a liaison with union representatives to maintain positive labor-management relationships.
- Manage grievance and arbitration processes, ensuring timely and fair resolution in accordance with CBAs and policies.
- Provide guidance to leaders on contract interpretation and labor-related matters.

Job Qualifications:

The College of Engineering is seeking to fill a temporary Administrative Manager position. The role will provide direct supervision and daytoday leadership to an administrative support team, including workload distribution, providing guidance and performance feedback, and serving as an escalation point for operational issues. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative operations during a period of transition, ensuring continuity of operations and coverage.
The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, monitor service levels, and ensure consistent, highquality support for faculty, staff, students, and leadership.
