IT Supply Applications Lead
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Supply Applications Lead for a global pharmaceutical organization in Midlothian, VA. This role will serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams, driving SAP system performance, integrations, and roadmap enhancements to improve operational efficiency in a regulated environment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own IT systems and applications supporting Supply and Operations
- Lead SAP configuration, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, testing, and system validation
- Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and company standards
- Support vendor, license, and application lifecycle management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply/Operations, or IT
- 7+ years overseeing IT systems for Supply functions
- 10+ years hands-on SAP experience with MM, SD, WMS, and PP
- Experience in SAP Global Template environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Veeva QMS, ValGenesis
Plusses:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- SAP FICO reporting knowledge
Compensation
Compensation: $155,000 to $170,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
