Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack .NET/C# Developer to join a stable, long-tenured engineering team focused on building and enhancing internal business-critical applications. This is a hands-on role working across the full software development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on backend development, system performance, and integration with legacy and modern platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, steady contributor who values long-term impact, code quality, and working within a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET / C# development (backend-focused)
- Azure Cloud environment knowledge
- Full stack development experience (backend + front end)
- Experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core / MVC frameworks
- Solid experience with SQL Server and database design
- Front-end development skills with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, SVN)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging frameworks
- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) principles
- Experience with data migration and system integration, including legacy systems (AS/400 is a plus)
- Experience supporting or modernizing internal enterprise applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in environments with long-tenured teams and stable systems
