JOB SUMMARY

Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

- Experience or training as a Runner, Bar Back or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume is preferred.

Restaurant server experience is a plus.Responsibilities:Interact with Guests interested in renting cabanas.Explain the various cabana levels and pricing.Take payment for all rental sales.Ensure the cabana area remains private, clean, and reserved only for Guests who have rented cabanas.Serve cabana guests food and drink as needed.Attend to cabana guests' needs quickly and often.Clean and maintain the cabana area.Flip and clean cabanas as guests leave for the day.Other duties as assigned.Payrate: $9.50/hr

Bao is a new kosher Pan-Asian fast casual restaurant opening in Jackson, New Jersey in April 2026. Our focus is primarily Chinese cuisine, along with select dishes from other Asian cuisines and a sushi program. We are building a high-quality, efficient concept from the ground up.
We are looking for a full-time Executive Chef to help build and lead the kitchen from day one. This role includes developing recipes and menus, hiring and training staff, creating systems and SOPs, overseeing food safety, managing inventory and food costs, and setting the overall culinary standard for the restaurant.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Strong background in Asian cuisine, especially Chinese
• Sushi experience preferred
• Experience across multiple Asian cuisines is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen systems, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable in a fast casual environment
Compensation
Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonuses.
