Role Overview
MATE is seeking a talented Digital Designer to help bring our creative vision to life across every brand touchpoint. This role is responsible for the design execution and visual storytelling of campaigns, content, and site experience — spanning email, social (organic and paid), print, site updates, some packaging, and IRL moments.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll partner closely with the Creative and Brand team, working cross-functionally to translate ideas into thoughtful, elevated design that feels distinctly MATE.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Design
- Design visual assets for monthly campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling across email, paid media, organic social, and website placements.
- Translate campaign creative into digital formats that maintain brand integrity across all channels.
- Support paid media creative development, including Meta, Google, Substack, and other performance marketing placements.
- Iterate on creative based on performance insights, testing new layouts, formats, and storytelling approaches.
- Design assets that balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
Email Marketing
- Own design execution for email marketing, including campaign emails, automated flows, and template updates in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize email layouts for engagement and conversion within Klaviyo.
- Assist in designing creative for A/B testing and ongoing performance optimization.
E-commerce Design
- Support website creative needs in partnership with the E-commerce team, including homepage updates, landing pages, collection visuals, and PDP modules.
- Prepare and optimize imagery and assets for Shopify, ensuring consistency in formatting, cropping, and brand presentation.
- Assist with launch readiness for new product drops and seasonal site updates.
Creative Asset Production & Management
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all work aligns with MATE’s visual standards and creative direction.
- Maintain organized creative files and internal asset libraries for team accessibility.
- Participate actively in weekly marketing meetings, maintaining awareness of content usage across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure assets meet campaign timelines and performance goals.
- Participate in campaign planning and weekly creative approval meetings to align creative execution with business priorities.
- Proactively identify creative opportunities to enhance storytelling and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital or graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful digital design across email, web, and marketing channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for email platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Shopify asset management and e-commerce design workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing creative (paid ads, email layouts, landing pages).
- Light photo retouching and image optimization skills is a plus.

Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Coordinatorwill report to the Head of Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Bloom’s Head of Influencer Marketing, to execute and evolve influencer initiatives, develop and refine strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with both Micro (gifting-based) and Macro (paid)influencers to support campaign goals.
- Spearhead the growth and day-to-day management of our influencer gifting program, ensuring strategic outreach and meaningful creator partnerships that align with brand goals.
- Own the organization and maintenance of influencer relationships, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, trends, and strategies to drive growth and innovation in the influencer space.
- Consistently meet internal performance benchmarks and deliverables as set by leadership.
- Oversee partnerships across Bloom’s product catalog, ensuring alignment between influencer content and product messaging.
- Drive campaign success by coordinating influencer participation across product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Lead negotiation, execution, and management of paid collaborations, ensuring deliverables are on time and align with brand goals.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer partnerships—from initial outreach and negotiation to contract execution and deliverable management.
- Build and nurture strong, genuine relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers to drive long-term brand loyalty and engagement.
- Track influencer progress and deliverables on a weekly basis to ensure timely, high-quality content.
- Support the creation of end-of-month performance reports and decks, analyzing gifting campaign effectiveness and identifying areas for optimization.
- Supervise and support influencer marketing interns, providing clear direction and ensuring seamless execution of gifting operations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the influencer marketing space
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (for data tracking and reporting)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Previous internship or experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or marketing is a plus but not required
- Assist influencer team with scaling and growing our gifting program

About the Role
Bloom is looking for a TikTok Content Intern who lives and breathes TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is constantly spotting trends, creating content with friends, and knows what makes a video go viral.
You’ll work closely with our social team to ideate, film, and edit engaging TikTok content that feels authentic to the platform while bringing Bloom’s brand personality to life. If you’re comfortable on camera, love talking to people, and enjoy experimenting with creative content ideas, this is the role for you.
Internship Details
Duration: 3 months
Location: Austin, TX (in-office 15-21 hours week)
What You’ll Do
- Ideate and pitch creative TikTok concepts that align with Bloom’s brand and current social trends
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats and quickly turn them into relevant content ideas
- Film TikTok content both in-office and on location (including street interviews or college campus activations)
- Confidently interview people on camera and capture engaging, authentic moments
- Edit TikTok videos using platform tools or editing apps
- Turn around videos quickly to keep up with real-time trends and daily posting volume
- Collaborate with the social team to test new formats and creative ideas
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and directing others on camera when needed
- Assist with content shoots, events, or activations when needed
- Occasionally travel locally for content opportunities and brand moments
