The Client Service Manager, Relationship Management in the Mega Market segment ($1B plus AUM), plays the critical role of relationship management and interface between our largest plan sponsors and Schwab. You will work as a team, with the Director level Client Service Manager, their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Service Specialist to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs. The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients. In addition, the goal of the Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will be to learn and develop under more tenured Director Level Client Service Managers to pursue a thoughtful succession plan for SRPS's largest client relationships. In meeting and exceeding these duties, the Manager, Client Service Manager is expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. You will typically provide comprehensive client relationship support for clients that have enhanced complexity and assets totaling more than $5B.
What you're responsible for
- Support 1-3 Mega Market client relationships in a team-based fashion.
- Understand assigned practice plans to ensure administration is completed in accordance with plan provisions.
- Collaboration with business partners to delegate and lead client issues to successful resolution is key in your position.
- Approach every client interaction holistically by being aware of all issues and events related to the client and collaborating with peers to build a precise client experience.
- Consistently explore and discover client and consultant needs by engaging in face-to-face meetings asking well-defined, open-ended questions to clearly uncover new business opportunities and relationship challenges.
- Identify and engage the appropriate subject matter experts within Charles Schwab to assist with appropriate client discussions to accomplish client understanding of solution sets to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure client satisfaction, improve client promoter scores, and actively communicate plan administration activities with your internal teams.
- Identify and adapt to clients' and consultants' diverse backgrounds and roles (executives, human resources, and finance).
- Support sales efforts.
- Deliver client education and training by developing appropriate awareness of procedures and sponsor reporting solutions.
- Work reciprocally within the organization, share standard methodologies, and aid in the continuous improvement of the services provided by Schwab to ensure your success.
- Execute client and regulatory changes.
- Effectively and authentically communicate Schwab's value to clients.
- Apply specialized knowledge of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan recordkeeping and understand the broader impact on the company.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and partnerships with internal associates as well as key contacts within the industry to deliver results.

- 3+ years of experience working with large, complex employer sponsored Retirement Plans.

The Transmission System Planning (TSP) department performs Interconnection studies, multi-year assessments and develops a portfolio of transmission expansion plans and projects to meet the company's transmission needs for delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers while adhering to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) planning standards. The members of TSP actively participate in the NERC and WECC standard development process for electric transmission reliability. Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for directing the Radiation Protection Technicians in implementing decontamination, instrumentation, planning and scheduling, procedures, training, radiation exposure control, and rad waste programs in support of Operation and Maintenance activities in the plant. The Production Planner is the starting point for all materials and production planning activities. This role is responsible for managing customer demand, driving requisitions for buyers, and ensuring the production floor has the materials needed to meet schedule requirements. The planner serves as the primary point of contact between Jabil and the customer’s materials leadership, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
This position is approximately 60% desk-based planning and 40% floor-based coordination, requiring comfort working directly with materials technicians and production supervisors.
What can you expect to do?
- Serve as the customer-facing liaison for demand planning and shipment coordination.
- Manage demand signals and translate them into actionable requisitions for the purchasing team.
- Use and navigate three planning systems: SAP, PRISM, and Asprova.
- Collaborate with the production floor team to ensure timely material availability, understand shortages, and track material arrival dates.
- Work directly on the production floor with materials technicians and their supervisors to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity.
- Maintain and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Monitor and present planning metrics to Business Units (BU) and drive continuous improvement.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager – Home Health works under the direction and guidance of the Branch Administrator to provide supervision of all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and/or clients receiving extended non‐licensed support services. This leader is responsible to provide staff orientation and ensure competence as a Preceptor and or ensure RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources are in place. Ensures that services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures.

Manage all planning activities for the dedicated assigned workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the workcell.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Establish build readiness.
- Maintain efficiency of capacity and customer sizing.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
- Maintain material control and liability.
- Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into Jabil’s ERP system, including Purchase Order (PO) coverage.
- Reconcile the MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to ensure that Jabil is not exposed over and above customer PO coverage or other authorized customer demand.
- Ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.
- Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
- Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without additional support.
- Analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the Workcell and customer based on accurate customer demand.
- Maintain the workcell’s capacity planning model; drive resolution on uneven capacity utilization that keeps Jabil focused on the customer but efficiently utilizing manufacturing resources.
- Meet daily with the Workcell and manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
- Maintain the customers’ latest contract on file at all times and be familiar with the terms and conditions of the contract regarding customer liability of material planning and production scheduling. This includes the liability window for Jabil material purchase order placement, purchase price for components, and liability for any in-house materials (purchased and manufactured).
- Be the workcell’s “expert” on all planning activities by supporting the Production Planner goal of never starting to build product without having a valid PO, adequate material quantities, and accurate BOM and an accurate routing.
- Lead the Workcell on the creation of Bills of Material (BOMs) and routings that allows accurate tracking of WIP assemblies and accurate inventory movement transactions.
- End-of Life (EOL) management should include chairing a meeting 30 days prior to the last planned build date to create tactics to support the EOL strategy. The Master Planner would own the build schedule, corrections and resolution of MPS to customer demand, planned tactics on deadlines for assemblies out of the various work areas on the floor, deadline for last shipment, and support plan for potential RMAs.
- Manage Jabil purge process for internal Workcell purges.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD without experience.
- APICS certification and Supervisor experience also preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times for specific component types, internal run rates, test development lead times, machine programming lead times and complete understanding of the chronological sequence of events that must occur in order to build a product.
