Position Title: Digitization Documentation Specialist/Data Entry/Filing
Location: Red Lion, Pennsylvania, United States (100% onsite with flexible working hours)
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
Contract Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension or transition to a different role)
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years in filing and data entry, digitization, and data management processes.
- Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, excels in inputting, organizing, and maintaining data in both physical and digital systems.
- Managing large volumes of information, ensuring correct data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems that facilitate easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Hands-on experience converting physical documents into digital formats, making them more accessible, secure, and easier to manage.
- Dependable, adaptable, and results-driven work ethic, strong attention to detail, ensures that all data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible for future use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digitization of documentation and data management processes who has specifically in filing or data entry experience.
- Ensure accurate data entry and organization of electronic files.
- Assist in various administrative and technical tasks related to document management.
- Collaborate with team members and follow specific project guidelines.

About the Role
As a District Manager at Red White & Blue Thrift, you are responsible for leading the operational and financial success of a designated group of stores within your district. You will coach and develop General Managers and store leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer and employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all stores in your district, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Drive sales and profitability by implementing district-level initiatives, analyzing business performance, and supporting financial targets.
- Assist General Managers in managing budgets and identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Regularly review monthly P&L reports with General Managers and create actionable improvement plans.
- Leverage key business levers (pricing, cost control, inventory management) to positively impact revenue and expenses.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and local competition to inform decisions.
- Closely monitor payroll expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted labor goals and operational needs.
- Ensure stores meet or exceed production quotas with effective workflows and processes.
- Support backroom productivity and timely product flow to the sales floor.
- Conduct store visits to assess operational performance and adherence to company standards.
- Coach and develop General Managers and store leaders through regular feedback, performance discussions, and growth plans.
- Lead talent reviews and work closely with your Regional Director, General Managers, and HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels, recruitment efforts, and employee development.
- Support hiring processes, from reviewing candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding for key leadership roles, including General Managers, Retail Managers, and Production Managers.
- Partner on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws, including wage and hour regulations and health & safety standards.
- Support safety and loss prevention initiatives across stores.
- Ensure high standards of customer service in all stores.
- Conduct visits to assess customer experience and drive improvements.
- Regular travel to store locations is required, with visits typically including store operations reviews, leadership coaching, and support for company initiatives.
- Daily: Review sales yields, labor metrics, and align with the Regional Director and General Managers on daily priorities.
- Weekly: Conduct business reviews with General Managers. Perform 3-day visits to individual stores for comprehensive business, process, customer experience & leadership development.
- Monthly: Review P&L with Regional Director and General Managers. Support the Regional Director in meetings with key stakeholders. Participate in Talent Planner reviews to track performance and development as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in thrift or high-volume retail.
- Multi-unit experience
- Strong record of driving sales and profitability.
- Proven ability to coach and develop large teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to travel as needed. Up to 50%
Required Skills

Job Description for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
The Production Associate will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines and prepare items processed for the next routing step. Ensuring that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment.
Responsibilities for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
- Set up and adjust machines for proper operation
- Ensure that the proper supplies (both bill of material and non-bill of material items) are being used for printing
- Read and follows manufacturing orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications (quality, accuracy, and layout)
- Examines product for defects, position of design print clarity, color accuracy or other flaws and adjusts equipment accordingly if needed
- Maintains sewing equipment including, but not limited to needles, bobbins, lubrication, etc.
- May package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship
- Completes DCT reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including quantity produced, scrap and related information
- Performs preventative maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating
- Maintains effective working relationship with coworkers
- Maintains a clean and neat work area
- Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrates flexibility and commitment through cross training and helping other departments consistent with business needs
Qualifications for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
- At least 18 years of age
- The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools
- Any prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, or production associate preferred
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
