As the Senior Living Physical Therapist you will provide age-appropriate services for adult to geriatric patients, including the following: comprehensive assessment, direct treatment to individuals and groups, supervision of treatment delivered by the PTA or tech, development of a home exercise program, patient/family instruction, participation in team and family conferences, evaluation and selection of adaptive equipment, participation in PI programs, and documentation of services according to department and facility standards. This position involves direct patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential, identifies needs, establishes an individualized treatment plan of care, and sets goals to be used in the team plan of care
* Sets initial STG's and LTG's
* Utilizes equipment in a proper and safe manner, maintains equipment inspection, maintenance and cleaning logs, reports broken or faulty equipment
* Maintains equipment logs for required equipment in the outpatient clinic
* Follows medical regimen developed for the patient. Is aware of and adheres to precautions (THR, TKR, Cardiac, Wound, etc.)
* Utilizes the following safe treatment techniques: transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
* Completes D/C summary on each patient on their final visit to outpatient PT

As the Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will be completing assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. The 340b Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of 340b program operations at CHRISTUS Health acute inpatient facilities that qualify for program participation. The 340B Compliance Coordinator will synthesize and analyze all data related to participation in the Program including performing routine audits, maintaining policies, procedures, and annual re-certification, and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of the Program.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain, periodically review, and update a comprehensive system 340b policy.
- Monitor ongoing changes to the federal 340b regulations on a weekly basis.

The Boise Heart Institute clinic is now hiring for a motivated and personable Medical Assistant for our award winning and growing Heart Institute family!
Position Summary & Highlights:This MA position will help support surgeons, cardiologists, APP providers, PAs, and NPs in General Cardiology and a variety of sub-specialties such as Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, and post chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

The Saint Alphonsus Heart Institute offers highly trained heart specialists who treat the most common to the most complex heart conditions.
The Heart Institute offers state-of-the-art Heart Centers in Boise and Nampa and outreach patient care to other cities and towns in the Treasure Valley!
40 hours/week, 4-10 hour shifts , Monday - Friday.
Shift start around 7:00am/7:30am.
This position does not work weekends or major holidays
In addition to primary MA duties, you will perform EKGs and place heart monitors on patients and educate patients on their use.
You will complete prior authorizations and patient calls, and tasks in the in-basket.
An ideal candidate for this position is a team player who is self-motivated and likes to be challenged, is driven, and has strong critical thinking skills. You enjoy developing relationships with physicians and patients.
Experience with cardiac medications, EKG placement, and rhythm knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire.
MA certification required within 90 days of hire from one of the following Saint Alphonsus approved agencies:
American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA)
American Medical Technologists (RMA)
National Healthcare Association (CCMA)
National Center for Competency Testing (NCMA)
National Association of Health Professionals (NRCMA)
American Medical Certification Association (CMAC)
National Phlebotomy Certification Examination (NPCE MA)
New Graduates: 1) MA certificate of completion required from an accredited program or school. 2) Completion of either a 100-hour MA externship or 6 months MA experience in lieu of the externship hours even with MA certification.
Medical Assistant with Experience: 1 Year of MA experience OR Current MA Certification OR obtain or renew certification within 90 days from hire from approved credentialing agencies listed above.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
*EMT and CNA certifications will not count towards an MA certification. Obtaining the MA certification typically requires completing an MA Program or working as a Medical Assistant for at least 1 year. See each of the credentialing organization sites for additional details.

POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS:

Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and telemetry readings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire

POSITION PURPOSE
The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans & provides professional nursing services & standards of practice in accordance with level of experience & education, state board of nursing & established policies & procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
3. Current Iowa RN license, (current IL license if working in IL) required.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
6. Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.
