The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams
- Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets
- Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity
- Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs
- Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards
- Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
- Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
